If you are from India Better pls don't go.. the food was completely terrible.. they didn't even serve at least milk.. we stayed for 2 days. We only had fruits for breakfast that too only watermelon. If you go late you won't even get that watermelon. People were waiting only to have that watermelon so you have to stand near the plate they serve watermelon.. and within 5 mins the plate will become empty..

One of the worst hotel in Pattaya. I will never I will never recommend this property. Breakfast was horrible . Room service is zero. No one response for any complaint. Only the swimming pool is good. Other than swimming everything is worst, either room service or food , no locker,no iron facility, tea cattle,no coffee tea maker items nothing even not good bath room.

This hotel in Fatehgarh was not very impressive. It has probably lost a bit of its youth due to its age. I stay here because I booked through an agency.

It is a good hotel and the best part is the swimming pool in this hotel and the great views I booked a sea facing view, apart from amenities an Okish breakfast was average and included in the room, close to the beach & walking street.
Stayed at the hotel for 3 days as booked previously but staff and room service is worst they are least bothered and very rude not recommended at all ...we asked them for extra empty glass for water after waiting for hours and suggested we use glass kept in the washroom. no locker in the room so you will have to take a locker at the reception to store your valuables.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very disappointed. The photos on Agoda were misleading; the actual rooms were much older and not as nice. Despite booking a room that included breakfast, the breakfast options were extremely limited and disappointing, so we ended up eating out.The only positive aspect was the ample car parking. For the same price, you can find much better hotels nearby. Overall, our stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel.

This is nice hotel..I saw some bad reviews before I went this hotel..I was confused by those reviews...but I don't agree with any bad reviews..nice hotel.. clean and good breakfast..I recommend this hotel for anyone..

It was a very bad experience, The rooms and location were ok but the staff's behaviour was horrible, We stayed here for two days with my group, at the time of check out the receptionist claimed there were two glasses missing from our room and asked for money, After a long discussion we found that there is no such glasses in the rooms. This is a routine exercise that they are doing to their guests..

I stayed here recently, and it was really disappointing. First, the receptionist was rude, which was not a good start.

The breakfast options weren't great either. There wasn't much to choose from, and the quality wasn't good. Plus, they didn't have kettles or tea sets in the rooms, which are basic things you expect in a hotel nowadays. It made the stay less comfortable.

And to top it off, the Wi-Fi was weak and kept cutting out. It made it hard to stay connected or get any work done.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was really bad. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they fix these problems.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The staff strangely did not know English. The rooms were clean. Most of the passengers were Indians, that's why the breakfast was suitable only for Indians. There was no tea maker in the rooms and unfortunately there was no suitable boiling water in the lobby. The light in the rooms was not good. The only good advantage was the location of the hotel.

This property is great in terms of location as all the major areas are just a walk away but when compared to the competition the hotel interiors looks dated. Swimming pool is well maintained. Breakfast is repetitive.
