Budget hotel recommended to stay. Between the hotel and the sea highway.

Location: 135 km from Antalya airport, 1 km from the centre of Alanya, 80 metres across the road from the beach.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
Total area: 1 200 m2.
The hotel has 60 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 80 meters from the hotel (line 2). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – no. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. The length of the beach – 100 m.

Very nice and clean hotel. Employees were very helpful. Everything is within walking distance. I had an all inclusive booked, the food was also very delicious.

A good value for money hotel. The staff were excellent especially Omar Ozturk. A diamond in the 👑 crown.

Great hotel, very welcoming and friendly. Clean. Good food. Great location.
I started my holiday in 3 star apartments, which said hotel, it wasn't. The food wasn't edible. The place wasn't very clean and the rooms had issues. I couldn't stay there. Once I finally got moved to Kleopatra Arsi, I'd stepped into a luxury hotel. I'd definitely recommend it and will be coming back to stay again.

We know this is a 3 star hotel but it’s not cheap for a 3 star either we paid all inclusive for this hotel and didn’t reap the benefits as if you are English the food is vile 3 days out of the 7 I had food poisoning and diarrhoea. They don’t have any variation the exact same puddings day in day out. There’s no entertainment for kids or adults so if you’re thinking of a holiday for kids this isn’t the place for you. The only “entertainment” they had on in the whole week we was there was a leather show basically trying to con tourists out of more money. There’s not enough space for everyone to sit as on meal times people eat inside and outside and when your trying to get a space outside around the pool there’s no where to sit. The beds have bed bugs and was bit to death and the hotel in general is very outdated

Intimate hotel, nice service, great location, varied meals. Very good spa - we managed to find a great osteopathic masseur Irfan. During 5 sessions, lasting an hour and a half, he managed to remove lymphatic stasis and all problems related to the spine. We are very grateful to him. We highly recommend!

Not good, tiny bar ,most of the food is Turkish, no TV no tea making in the room. not a hotel I would go again needs renovation, and not worth the money

- The hotel is ok, but it is showing its age. Not for snobs that is for sure as some things are near to the end of their lives, like the air-conditioning which has internal unit functioning but only technically, it blows cold air but no way to set the direction or modulate it in any way so we used a towel to make it comfortable. It is not only our room that had this problem. For the price it was really ok as it was manageable with a little bit of tweaking.

+ Second time in this hotel, a very affordable hotel with magnificent food, this time second year in a row. Last year we had a larger and nicer room, this time not so much but it was manageable. The location is very good as it is very close to one of the beaches without the stone plates in the water, but not so far from the hill where the best part of the beach is. Also not far from the opposite end of the Kleopatra where some secluded areas can be found, really beautiful. The staff is good and polite, this part of the city is not very crowded so it is always possible to find free parking on the streets, in short it is a really affordable and modest hotel with magnificent food.- The hotel is ok, but it is showing its age. STAY AWAY from this hotel. Dirty rooms, furniture broken, terrible internet only 1.5mb/s, leaking shower, no hangers, no towel change

Very dirty hotel. The cockroach was every night at our room. The food is not eatable at all. The pillows are so smelly. I would put 0 stars if there is such an option here. Don’t go !
