What i will say is that I've just had a massage a Mr Naleen is the best, he definitely knows massage and very polite and professional as are all the staff too I highly recommend this place and would like to come back again when more is open

Here for Christmas and new year and so far lovely, this is a lovely hotel the food is good with a big selection, unfortunately the slides arnt open but their is a warm swimming pool and entertainment every night in different bars

I spent 5 days here, it was amazing, I hardly take on the effort to write a review unless something totally mad strikes me

The intercom phone to call the reception was not working, so I had to go to the reception to ask for the bell boy to help with the luggage

Due to heavy rain, corridors were flooded, which was a hazard. Most of the lifts were not working

If you dont speak turkish or russian you might find it very hard to speak or have any conversation with the staff. Good location, kitchen a bit poor for a 5 star resort, beach somehow good, pool overpopulated

The Asteria Kremlin Palace complex, built in the form of the Moscow Kremlin Palace, is located in one of the young Turkish resorts - Kundu. The hotel works on the All Inclusive system

We had a fantastic time in Kremlin Palace Hotel. The resort has everything you need for your holiday. Private beach is 500 mtrs away. Service and food are awesome 👌. Local markets for shopping couple of miles away

The one of my best experience in Antalya, the service is so great, food variety was good but they can do better with the food quality and taste, but my experience was more than good, the guest’s relation was so helpful and polite, definitely considering back to Kremlin Palace in my next visit to Antalya

It suitable for family trips. You can have good vacations in it

This is my recommendation for improvement to the hotel management

Hotel looks splendid and lavish (some will say tacky) from outside as well as the main hall. But rooms and bathrooms are starting to show their age

Most of the staff is very friendly, but few of them can speak good English and large number don't know it at all. Air conditioning in first room broke, they give me a new room, door lock is broken, 3rd time is the charm

There is a number of beach and pool bars with food and snacks but I didn't eat much at them. Wine selection looked quite poor or the waiters don't know their wines. Didn't try the spa, found it to expensive

Food selection appears enormous at first but not everything is really nice and breakfast and lunch will eventually become boring. For dinner every weekday has a theme so variety is much better

Water is very nice in the morning and noon but almost every single day in evening there will be wind and waves and water will get murky and it will be difficult to swim

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff (cleaning ladies, waiters, lifeguards) was 99% friendly, especially with kids, there were plenty of options at the restaurant, the internet connection was really good (we even had signal on the beach)

Special thanks go to the staff in the photos I've posted for being friendly even at the end of such long working days. A very special mention has to go out to a girl called Pelin

No one cares if I ask for more food (like others saying that the staff serving at restaurant is rude) - very beautiful and spacious lobby - good drinks, cocktails at the bar - friendly staff - cleaning was made every day - very close to airport and antalya shops Minuses: - the pool water was cold! - in kids pool the water was even colder - sometimes the animators speak only German and Turkish

Exellent location near the airport (easy transfer, but far away though). I loved the swimming pools, beach and entertainment. It's also easy to book sightseeing or adventure trips via your tour operator in the hotel

One of the best resort hotels in Turkey. Very close to the airport and on the beach. Great amenities and staff is very friendly. You have everything from food, drinks, pools and kids entertainment. Highly recommended.

Bathroom very nice with a good shower and had dressing gowns and slippers. Plenty of variety in the restaurant, although food was often only warm. 18 + area in restaurant was often full

Swimming pools usual problem of reserving sun beds. You needed to get there before 9am to stand any chance of getting a bed on the sunny side. Plenty of beds that were in the shade for majority of the day

Beds are enormous and very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Although it wasn't needed the quilt only just about covered the bed. Could have used just a sheet

But Trendy lara exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was very spacious and had alot of storage space

Amazing experience at the hotel, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The all inclusive had an amazing selection. Will definitely be back.

Overall if I was a family I would recommend this hotel as plenty to do for children, but as a couple in their 60s expecting a quiet holiday with not many kids (as kids were not on school holidays in England) but they were in Scotland, Russia, Poland and lots of other countries

The drinks where spot on The weather for November was great. One of our best holidays EVER. Kids clubs kids pools kids fun fair. Patisserie waffles coffee shop

Just back from our second visit. We loved being back and as expected the hotel and staff gave us a fantastic holiday, especially Barska at restaurant entrance

There is so much to do and the night time entertainment can be really good although the children's bit is a bit repetitive

The female staff member looked a little embarrassed and told us someone would be at our room in 15 minutes. I thanked her and as we walked away,he said in a very sarcastic voice, have a lovely evening and laughed

They were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Zehra at the lobby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hospitality extended by the entire team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived

We arrived with our energetic 5-year-old son, and from the moment we stepped into the Kids Club, it was clear we were in the best of hands. The girls who looked after our son were nothing short of amazing

We had a wonderful week stay here. Staff were lovely. Room was good. Food was nice. Lots to do/ entertainment was amazing. Plenty to do for the kids. Will come back again!

Beds are comfortable compared too other hotels. Food is great with many different options every evening. Different entertainment every night for kids and adults. Can be loud if your room is too close too the stage

I really have nothing to complain about, this Hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations! Well done to the management team and the staff for doing such a great job! If there is only one suggestion I could make is maybe include a few more European foods (maybe mash potatoes and beef burgers or even 🍕, why not), as at times we felt there were maybe a lot of sheep and lamb options and maybe not enough...

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and botttled water in the fridge. I was the only one out of 4 of us that had got bitten, 3 bits on my feet. Overall this was a great holiday and we would visit again!!

There are concerts and fun activities daily, we really feel that the Resort did all that they could do to keep us happy! We had clean pool and beach towels daily, and the beach ⛱ has no rocks whatsoever, the entrance in the sea is smooth

Sunbed situation really only happens at the main pool. We managed to get sunbeds on the grass everyday in a good spot. Entertainment was fine, the drifters and the party night were the best to watch

Had a lovely stay at the Titanic Deluxe Lara. The rooms was decent enough but a little dated compared to the website pictures. All the staff are amazing and friendly

10/10...had the most amazing "5 star" holiday...highly recommended for any couples or families! They have thought of everything and you'll not be disappointed!

There is lots to eat and drink and always a pool near by to jump in with it being so hot. Would definitely recommend the hotel

It would be nice to integrate some of that within the main section so kids can remain as part of the family. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others. last night we went to the steak house

If I were to give some criticism, the evening entertainment could do with a massive overhaul as that was less than desirable. Kids' food at the kids club was great

We came back from our holiday at Titanic Deluxe Lara yesterday. We had a lovely time there, even though the weather was a bit hit and miss. The staff were amazing, always polite and friendly

Too bad the beautiful hotel exterior has very old rooms. The pool is beautiful but also very cold; however, I didn't take a dip in the pool because it was cold

Never had a problem to find a free spot even though we used to get down to the pool late, like well after 10:00. Also, pool was cleaned every day. Highly recommend doing one day swimming pool then one day the beach/pier

In our 5 days vacation we had so much fun, especially animation team was so energetic. The daily animation activities like voleyball, pool party was so much fun

The fact that the staff that handles people over there is nice and witty also helps. They often do some quick jokes with kids that adds up to the positive experience. Staff in general is friendly, polite and respectful

Another amazing place from the STONE GROUP and for us our second time in one of these Royal hotels. First time we visited Royal Wings which have been our favorite since. Royal Holiday Palace is very beautiful

Big enough to swimme normal, sunbeds are occupared early in the morning so if you plan to go after 10, you will not find free sunbed, i didn't care about that because i don't want to go to pool when i have great see

First time in this hotel and compared to other hotels in the region we felt it’s more a family / older public hotel. It does have good swimming pool facilities and enough space

It is not true that they don't have alcohol drinks. Beers (tuborg, efes), wine, votka, raki etc. Stuff is soooo nice, they are aaaaamazing, super nice. Everything is very clean, hotel and rooms

However rooms are too small (our agency wrote on web that rooms are from 25m2 and up, but they are not even close to that, in reallity they are about 15m2) and a lot of rooms don't have terace, most od them don't have even french balconi and that is only one minus, for me and it is a big minus, maybe someone don't care about that

Food is also good and you can find it almost all day in bars and restorants. 00, so you don't have to hurry in the morning, lunch is finishing little bit early (it ends at 14

Hotel has interesting concept, cool location and entertaining program, BUT if you are not speaking russian or Turkish it would be very complicate to communicate with the staff

I just had a 2-weeks vacation in Club Hotel Sera and I am mind blown by the quality of the service, the entertainment, the food, the accommodation and generally by everything

A great animator! Ali and Efe - they arrived as towards the end of our stay, but they are getting things pretty fast and they are also a lot of fun - both are very polite, build a good relationship with the guests and ensure they are happy

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly

The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”

The only thing that really made it difficult for us to enjoy first days was the fact that outside our windows was a stage where DJ played loud music until midnight

Fortunately, we were offered then a room on the other side of the building. So please be cautious and let the hotel know in advance if you need a quiet room

The hotel has an impressive level of chic. Huge well-groomed green territory. Your water Park and pier, zoocorner, 6 pools, 9 restaurants, a football field, all kinds of entertainments for every taste

Overall the hotel leaves good impression. It offers delicious and varied food, a lot of nice spots and activities for children and ways to relax for adults

Saina, a large hammam, a steam room, several showers, an indoor pool with an area of 200 sq. , and the pool area is pleasantly illuminated in blue, and the water is kept within 26-27 degrees

Stayed here for a week end of November. It was huge with a walk in wardrobe & a steam/shower room. I am not fussy with food & the selection was great, especially the desserts

It was such a good vacation and these 10 days have been the best. I made friends but also it was such a comfortable hotel for my family. Everything was good from food to the hotel room

Staff were attentive, however there was a conference on for 2 days & some staff clearly only concentrated on their own, overlooking the guests who were there before/after the conference

As soon as the staff realised this was affecting our holiday, they opened the snack bar as an additional restaurant area for non-conference guests. Thank you to the entire team for a fabulous holiday!

I went to 5 different hotels in Antalya. This is so far the best one. The hotel is clean, the stuff friendly and you have everything you want. The rooms are new build and it is a real pleasure

Simply fantastic. The view from the hotel is heavenly (check pics). Multiple restaurants serving great food, salon, spa, shop, everything under 1 roof. The service is top-notch.

Outstanding service in the restaurants every day, a lot of staff and very happy to help and serve. We couldn't fault this hotel and great value for money!

This is a true 5 star experience. Beware the others claiming to be 5 star for €30/40. This hotel oozes class,the staff are as good as anywhere on earth

The all inclusive experience is worth every cent and the food is of the highest quality, not to mention the additional 2 on site restaurants

The room was nice, but everything you'll want to do, like restaurants, pools, etc, are all across the street at the main Akra. Not a long walk, just take the walkway over the street

Absolutely stunning resort, impeccable service and well worth the money you pay for this hotel. it's the first hotel on Lara beach and the location is perfect as you get amazing views of the sun rise and sunset

The entertainment team are great, especially Amigo who is always energetic and fun! The one improvement I would say is the music at the beach bar/nightclub is quite repetitive and not great for all guests but overall we had the best holiday, as always!

The beach was clean with cabanas (for guests in villas) and beach beds, towels were available on every corner, staff is on the beach at the bar and around the area. The hotel has its own water slide on the property

Another great family holiday for our 10th time back to this hotel. The restaurants all have fabulous food, drink and service - however the Secret Grill is perhaps not worth €50 pp, despite the food being excellent

The only negative with Turkey in general is that the beaches aren't particularly great. But this isn't anything the hotel can control. I also didn't stray outside so I can't comment on the area itself

We went to Antalya in September, booked a lagoon room for 3 people at Lara Barut (in the future will be booking the room with pool access). We had a perfect stay from the beginning

Despite minor staffing issues, the dedication of the Personal Assistants, overall cleanliness, and culinary offerings make Nirvana Cosmopolitan highly recommended for a memorable stay. The water park is also fantastic!

Fabulous all inclusive hotel in Antalya that is so close to the airport. They arranged our airport transfers both ways. Fair to say it is centrally located. Spacious rooms with great amenities

Had a great time in this hotel, the beach space is large and there are enough sun beds for everyone, service was great throughout our stay, special shoutout to reception management staff that went at lengths to find us a room that would suit our needs

The sea is very clean and you have a lot of activities to do including multiple concerts happening in different locations in the hotel. Food quality and hygiene are very good as well

There are numerous different restaurants within the hotel with different cuisines. Water park and slides are one of a kind, perfect for kids and adults. Beach club area is also lovely and service there is incredible

We cannot thank the hotel staff enough, everyone is so wonderfully friendly and helpful. They even have a michelin recommended restaurant chef within the hotel. Slow elevators but that’s okay

Beatifull appearence family room was lovely with jacuzzi. We got an early check in the service was trully great.

One of the greatest resorts and one of the most beautiful!! Reception staff are friendly and cooperative. The room is very beautiful with access to a swimming pool through the balcony and stairs going down to the pool

All in all a great location and resort! The staff were constantly checking on us to make sure our stay was perfect. Customer Relation team are fantastic, followed up and checked on any arrangements they made for us

The main restaurant is very big and the buffet is so large which takes a long time to see it all😊 Staff moving all the time and all are friendly. This restaurant opens for 3 main meals and later it opens from 11

The evening shows were fantastic, and the daytime activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. The food was delightful, and the drinks were always spot-on. Everything exceeded our expectations

Food was good, drinks and alcohol drinks were shocking good. Every where was clean and felt like new. Lots of bars, snack bars, cafe and restaurants were in the area, hard to choose from

My family and I had the most amazing 12-day holiday at this hotel, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service

We visit there with friends, it was very delightful and awesome. We had drinks every day and sat by the pool talking and engaging in activities at noon and evening, it was fun

You will need at least 6 days at the Concorde resort to chill and enjoy all activities. Spa was also clean and misuses were professional

Food was totally paradise every day in our statement. Rooms were big, clean with balcony. Amazing but expensive entertainment in the hotel (bowling and billiard). We are recommending and hoping to come back again
