Yucesan Hotel in Avsallar

We called the hotel 12 hours prior to inform that we will be checking in morning 8:30 since we reaching early and we are very tired from travelling, The hotel reception said no problem please come will check you in!
We arrived at the hotel & No one was there at the reception, we waited for an hour after that the person arrives & the time of check in he asked us to pay double the amount of what’s the price of the actual room cost is, we walked out of the scam, be careful when you’re booking in advance horrible experience after travelling form a long distance, VERY DISAPPOINTING, SCAMMERS

Me and my girlfriend had to stay 1 night in Avsallar due to problems at our other booked resort nearby.

Found this hotel online and the reviews were fine, price was very low but it was only for 1 night so just booked.

Once we arrived at the hotel we were helped by a very friendly lady at the reception. We were taken to our room and that's where the trouble started. Mold and rust everywhere you looked. The "clean" towels were stained with stains and the beds were yellow and full of mold. The fridge was rusted and inside also full of stains and mold. The shower drains were full of moldy hair and other dirt, mirrors were full of stains and the toilet seat was loose on the pot. We are really not difficult people but this was really too crazy for words.

Thought a bit about what we were going to do and decided to go to the reception and I showed the lady all the pictures. She didn't seem surprised but returned the amount paid without any problem and apologized. Furthermore, friendly people.

The environment is also very dirty, with a very nasty sewage smell and waste.
