The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

- Rooms located near the center of the resort may experience loud music late into the night, potentially disturbing sleep, especially for families with young children

I can’t thank the staff enough for how they made are day all were friendly and helpful most spoke English and the ones that didn’t tried their best which is understandable as it’s not their first language

At check in one if the ladies rolled her eyes and raised her voice, then said something in Turkish and called one of her colleagues to deal with us. That’s a shame as we really liked the hotel

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

Red lounge was an absolute highlight and one of my favourite restaurants that I have been too! Omar and his team were exceptional and the food and drink was amazing - would highly recommend when visiting this hotel!

Sercan from restaurant noticed me I had struggled with carrying plates and finding a cool spot to eat. He welcomed me and carried my plates, had a fun little chat and he made sure my experience here is worthy

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

A hotel for families with children. The area is so cosy and small, but everything is so compact and convenient. The kids on the Playground or in the pool, at the zoo with geese, rabbits, peacocks and parrots

The hotel is not bad, the room we got on ground floor ,but is a plus(not fries from the roof), has a children's table, microwave oven(you can warm quite small),the food is not bad
