Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected

The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance at the pool bars

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones

Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours off transfer duration

Would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday, especially if you like to go in the sea occasionally as the beach and sea were among the best I've been to

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

Despite this, we were not bored, spending most of our time at the hotel and in the surrounding town. I didn't notice any lack of cleanliness. The food was delicious and very varied

The hotel met my wildest expectations. We encountered very high temperatures in the country (even though it was the first half of June), so we had to shorten our sightseeing

The beach is sandy with children safe! About the river does not listen - no smell and no sewage! 100 metres from the hotel, local shop - type "Pjaterochki"- everything you need is there

The pros: the hotel is clean, food is abundant, staff is helpful. Pools are great, Beach side also had a bar, you can walk the distance with ease. Allot of airco areas, nice when it's was blistering hot

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

We really enjoyed our stay while we were here, there is an English rep Dino who made our stay even better with his local knowledge of shops restaurants etc. everyone is warm & welcoming 😊

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

Plenty of fruit!!! The desert buffet is boring, it's all pretty much the same with different colours, overly sweet and little variation. But do mind I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff or baklava

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

Saying that, we would have rated it close to a 4 star hotel, rather than 5 star. Here is why: - Food: Was very repetitive and wasn’t aimed at a British audience. Our child ate chips and nuggets most days

A bit of variety would have been nice. - Pools: We went during the Easter break. The air temperature was 25C most days, but the two pools were freezing, so we barely went in them

Big thanks to all staff who was helpful and nice all time. And food was also great, great selection even of gluten free foods. And especially one big thank you from my daughter to Miss Meltem from animation team :-)

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

The SPA is of excellent service where administrators Adnan and Alla always greets you with a smile. Compliments to every staff member who put a lof of effort to make our visit pleasant and great

My family and I were on your hotel last week. We were 3 families,so 10 persons in total. I have to say it has been a great experience. My holidays turned up to be the best I ever had

I also want to give special attention to the Animator (huge respect to Mustafa) as well as all the activities in the hotel in general, friendly people always in a good mood and trying to boost the energy in each of the hotel's activities

In the case of nightlife at the hotel, it is also present. In it, the Animators also burst into beautiful dances to good music from DJ Carlos. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work

Service disapointed, before I was in Antalya "crystal resort" hotel and waitress always come to ask if you want something to dring etc, but there you need to catch them even if it is not busy

We also bought a sea view room, but got only a little sea view, more like a side view. There's a huge and clean pool outside, and a beautiful pier with a bar and steps to the sea to swim

We have spent our summer holidays (2022) in this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, food was tasty and fresh and always plenty to choose from. I loved the sea pier. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is more than large enough for its residents with no issue or fighting to get sunbeds granted this was in September

To start of with the pros: - Rooms were nice and clean and were of very good size, they had a great view of the local area and the sea on the balcony truly beautiful (be careful as to not book the “side seaview” as you would think you’d get a sea facing room) but overall the room was very good

I think the White City Resort is an excellent resort. The service is really great, and the people are very nice. You know the saying, “What goes around comes around

Plus the al a carte restaurant was A$$ (excuse the french but on my life it was so bad actually tasted disgusting you would be better off in the main restaurant) - The “I’m your rep guy” if you’re reading this I’m coming for you, THIS GUY OH MY GOD so annoying, guy calls you in the morning when you’re asleep at like 7am and says you have A MEETING

But if you do end up there before reading this, rinse I REPEAT RINSE that one BBQ dish they cook that is fresh the rest is just process sausage and fried processed food not really that nice, or it could just be my taste buds, who knows

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

The food is absolutely amazing, offering a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. The beach and the pool are perfect spots to relax and unwind, with pristine waters and ample space to soak up the sun

There are a number of pools that you can use and we enjoyed all of those that we went in to. The buffet food had a wide selection and was tasty, and we enjoyed the all inclusive cocktails in the evenings

Very good experience! The rooms are good enough, most likely you just sleep there and you hang out all day at the pool/resort. Every one is so friendly and care for your well-being

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

mega huge territory, a lot of entertainment for children, in several places of water parks on every corner, alcoholic eateries and restaurants. I personally recommend it !!! I liked it, I want to come here again !!!

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

There is more positives than negatives, most staff friendly, and very hard working, the life guards were very friendly and used the slides with my youngest, ive been 3 times and will probably go again, so its not all bad

A hotel for families with children. The area is so cosy and small, but everything is so compact and convenient. The kids on the Playground or in the pool, at the zoo with geese, rabbits, peacocks and parrots

The hotel is not bad, the room we got on ground floor ,but is a plus(not fries from the roof), has a children's table, microwave oven(you can warm quite small),the food is not bad

Students generally do find something, just go to sleep or on a trip where parents. A quiet and restful holiday for parents. The staff is attentive, smiling,helpful , immediately responsive to requests

There were also a few drawers but on the whole I'd say not enough space for a family of four to all unpack into wardrobes and drawers

There was a balcony with two chairs and a low table, and rails for hanging wet clothes / towels at the end of the day. The view from the balcony was a building site on which camels seemed to live over night

The bathroom was again very clean, the shower was lovely. A little small but on the whole there was enough room to get ready. The hotel: Was lovely, spotless and lots of staff always on hand to help with any queries

There was a large dresser for cosmetics, chargers etc and a large mirror and stool for getting ready. The wardrobes had space for hanging and shelves and a full length mirror

Good hotel, slightly shabby interior of the rooms, but who wants to see what he gets. The food is delicious, the pools are clean, the territory is constantly cleaned.

The room: Was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and when we asked for extra pillows it was no problem and they were brought to the room quickly

I would also add that you can go to the peacocks and take pictures; there is so much greenery and such diversity on the territory that it seemed as if it was in a dendrological park; beach with sand and almost no stones on the left; wifi is free and catches on the beach; safe in the room free of charge; children's club is free - while the child is supervised, mom can relax in the spa; a lifeguard...

Super great hotel, nice staff and a lot of different activities for children and adults! Good food and many different pools to choose from, the food is great and the beach is super close

I miss the "boss" of the delays from 2023 (a mulberry, short and very strict), he created an amazing environment by the pools

The rooms are nice and clean so are the pools and toilets. The beach is 5-8 mins walk through an under ‘highway’ tunnel. The beach is sandy clean beach

Plenty of choice in restaurant for all meals but gets very busy at evening meal time. Lots of snack areas and bars and free ice creams available 3pm to 4pm each day

Pools are clean and well maintained. Mixed beach area has nice sand and clear water. Food is plenty and a lot to chose. Aqua park is okay but you need to be careful with kids, there is no check for who slides down

The rooms could be cleaner and airy. We especially liked the women from the animation team who’s name is Nazerke and a bartender with blond hair and green/blue eyes. Food is also tasty you have several options

No nappy changing area exists other than your own room which will be far away if you are at the pool side. They look after children under 4 for 300try/hour which is extremely expensive

It's a very nice islamic hotel, there is a beach apart for women, rooms are comfortable, they have plenty of activities for adults and children. And the best of the best is their delicious food

The hotel is very nice for family’s. They have a great team (the animation team). They make a Lot of games and are all super friendly. Especially for women the „only women area“ is super great
