Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

5 years ago we also were here. Now they have done some great renovations. Even 2 a la carte restaurants. The animation team is amazing. Especially Veronika is doing a great job. The personal from the bar is friendly

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

At check in one if the ladies rolled her eyes and raised her voice, then said something in Turkish and called one of her colleagues to deal with us. That’s a shame as we really liked the hotel

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

- The hotel lacks sufficient elevators, with only one small lift serving the block. Staying on the 5th floor meant waiting up to 5 minutes for an elevator that could only accommodate around four people at a time

Red lounge was an absolute highlight and one of my favourite restaurants that I have been too! Omar and his team were exceptional and the food and drink was amazing - would highly recommend when visiting this hotel!

I stayed at Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is luxurious, beautifully designed, and perfectly located by the sea, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere

Overall a nice stay and we had a nice break. Food in the main restaurant was average, breakfast does not cater for British people. Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant was also very poor, dry and bland

My experience in Granada was great especially all the staff are very kind and hospitable. They always smile and reply your requests in a kind manner. The rooms and the food are also fantastic

Water slides are only open between 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00. They say mini bars in room are restocked with water every day. There is a Guest Relations desk in the reception. They don't speak English there

Overall, the entertainment is excellent, and the staff is friendly. While waiting in line for a crowded meal can be a bit tedious, the staff does their best to ensure you have a wonderful holiday

A word of caution for those who enjoy alcohol: most bars are non-alcoholic, but even when they are, the staff is helpful and offers a variety of cocktail options. The glasses are generally on the card

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of activities for children, the children's animators are great, and there are plenty of activities for adults as well. Overall, it was a great vacation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

The only criticism I have is the lack of pool tables. My boys were so disappointed there wasn’t one. However we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend to anyone

We sunbathed around the pool, although the sea of love, but the entrance to the sea is not liked,was constantly dirty and muddy water, we love transparent,so almost never swam in the sea

The hotel is also a very popular destination for Germans who were EXTREMELY rude. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice and the reception team couldn’t really care less about anything you raise with them

We visited the hotel as a family in June. Pros: - Room was nice and clean, and cleaning ladies were doing their job perfectly! - Food was very delicious and always fresh Cons: - Restaurant and their staff

Breakfast is very lacklustre with no meat dishes and the dinner options are somewhat limited. I will say that wait staff are remarkable and I cannot fault them

They have 6 baby chairs, 3 of them without straps and 1 broken, so there are 2 chairs left, while it costs less than 20 eu to replace them

There were some great things about this hotel but the points above are just some of the reasons why we will not be coming back

The pool then shut for rest of the day and it was inconvenient to then move and go elsewhere with no sunbeds left etc on the island. When talking to guest relations about it, they didn’t really care

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for

All I wanted was a little sorry token like a cocktail whilst waiting hour and half for transfer or hour refund on room due to not needing it the whole time as we went back earlier to get ready for our departure

This was our first time at this hotel. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive. The cleanliness was perfect. I definitely recommend it. The room was a bit noisy at times.
