The resorts are very nice and it’s very wide so there is everything just inside the hotel. The rooms and cleanliness is very good. The meals are so delicious with variety choices on restaurants

However, the room is spacious and clean. There are slides for children, the territory for walking is also available

Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

Sunbeds were never an issue you can still stroll down at 8 o'clock and get one with a sun brolly which is a big plus as most places you go it's a fight for beds

My kids fell over about 100 times! Also do not leave your stuff by the pool when your swimming with your children because someone stole my sons brand new genuine crocs and replaced them with there old scruffy fake ones that were obviously to small for my son

30 and the queue is massive , all though you can buy one from shop near the pool for 3 euro each so I just did that for my 2 when ever they wanted, great for a 5 star hotel never known anything like this

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June

The lifeguards are pointless, I had to point out an issue at the slides, there eyes are on their phones both at the pools and slides

The dingys for the water park are mostly punctured causing accidents once they hit the water at the bottom, I saw many a times people crashing severely into the water due to this. Really poor considering 5* claim

Safety at the water park was a major concern!! This should not happen a hotel of this calibre and corners should not be cut for guest safety

The cleaning staff were incredibly kind, always greeting with a warm smile. The restaurant, coffee, and snack bar staff were equally friendly, ensuring that every interaction was pleasant

I meet a very helpful and knowledgeable guide named Yunus from loveholidays he looked after me and my family very he was very helpful and always happy and smiling I would 100% recommend you find him at the lobby area for any help he’s made this holiday very entertaining and easy

Food was alittle bland but there catering for alot of people from all over the world so overall you can complain and you certainly won't go hungry. The entertainment starts alittle late but was something on every night

Staff very helpful took luggage to rooms on morning of our arrival, bar men and cleaners all very friendly although they didn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem as we were in their country after all

This is the best Hotel i have been too! The slides are very good, and the swimming pool too! There are even people dancing and doing challenges! Its very fun, i really recommend going here.

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

At check in one if the ladies rolled her eyes and raised her voice, then said something in Turkish and called one of her colleagues to deal with us. That’s a shame as we really liked the hotel

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

- The hotel lacks sufficient elevators, with only one small lift serving the block. Staying on the 5th floor meant waiting up to 5 minutes for an elevator that could only accommodate around four people at a time

Overall a nice stay and we had a nice break. Food in the main restaurant was average, breakfast does not cater for British people. Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant was also very poor, dry and bland

Pool were a bit small at the first sight but after it it’s pretty okay. They have sea side as well and you can use there as well if you want. Rooms were really clean and it was cleaned every day as requested

Well, it's Incekum, right? :) Sun bed war starts early in the morning :D But we never had a problem to find a place on the beach or by the pools :) Hotel stuff is friendly and kind, always helpful when needed or not

Hotel has lots of activities to attend to, i highly recommend to join the activities with animation team :)) Personally we enjoyed beach volleyball for couple of days and dart games where we had lots of fun twice a day (lots of children though even if they can join children darts in other parts of the hotel - resort or royal, but still fun)

Mehmet Ali Harbelioglu is the nicest person I have ever met, he is head of the hall in restaurant. His assistants - Emrah and Ufuk are just as great. Tarik Erbek is aslo the best! Thank you for everything

A lot of advantages: sea a few steps from the hotel, clean beach. Decent rooms, however to go from case "C" drive, but for us it was not a problem. Birthday no bonuses, in addition to greeting cards on the door

On the beach - games in the boccia, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. Evening shows differently when it was interesting, if not pretty. After the show sometimes there were evenings by the pool, we found bingo and karaoke

What's not to like - so it's not very warm attitude to Russian tourists, as the hotel had many tourists from Germany, the difference in communicating with staff was obvious. It kind of ruined the emotional joy

The beach and hotel services appear to be very well according to what i paid inside. Great value! Friendly staff, delicious open buffet meals. You can leave your kid to mini club to enjoy yourself

In other hotels normally provide some sort of compliment: for example, a fruit basket or a bottle of champagne. But it is also all the little things, just to have something to compare

There is a Playground, mini-disco for children. Kid's club is open a few hours before dinner and several after, every day is different class - child escaped with pleasure

Amazing hotel! Staff are all friendly and food is very good here. One in particular person called Enes who was part of the bar staff was unbelievable. Very friendly to my family and always checking up on us

As for the food—I could write endless rave reviews! The sea access is fantastic, with two entry points: a pier and a separate sandy beach. The water is clear, and we were even lucky enough to spot a huge turtle!

Eren was one of the entertainers that worked at White City Resort and was very good with my younger brother and included us in all the pool activities

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the city which gives it great access to get the local goods to bring home. There is also a great access to the beach and a shower to clean yourself from salty water :)

The employees are all very friendly, pleasant, with a sense of humor. Our room was always clean and we had lots of fun. I especially liked the guys responsible for the activities and the woman Asiye is very cute.

Our garden view room (which was the only one option we could choose while booking) had a view to the public park and its parking, but not to the hotel's garden, as they write on their website
