We have travelled about 130 times but never before been taken care of, like this time. Every day the manager asked if we needed anything. One evening he sent a bottle of champagne and fruit to our room

Had the most amazing experience here! Came all the way from Australia and was blown away by the service! Everyone was so lovely! P.s the pistachio caramel slice is a must try, unreal!! 👌🏼

This hotel is better than 5 stars. It's fresh and clean and just recently renovated. The outside area is so big so you can have your different favorite spot from day to day

They had different type of games every day (if you want) and then evening shows. The staff in the reception were happy, very polite and really friendly

The kitchen team and their food is fantastic with a very big variety of food, drinks and desserts. The entertainment team made us having so much fun

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

Beside that when we entered our room it was fresh and clean, unfortunately cleaning service could be better, I recommend to not buy premium WiFi i the hotel, just buy local SIM card

But they don't want to eat something more. Water to drink is only from distribute. Cola - i think that it is mixed with water. Swimming pool with slides for kids- third day i feel much sand with gravel

Several swimming pools and a water park with water slides (a bit incomprehensible limited opening hours) provide enough fun for the whole family

This hotel is amazing! I had such a good time, from the receptionist to all the staff and workers in this hotel, thank you! It was very nice, I appreciate the food so much and all the cocktails were delicious 😋 our room was clean, everyday! I loved the pool especially those with the slides 😁 I hope so much we can come back again

None cleans swimming pool? Lifeguards don’t care, because they are often sit with phones and talk with other people

The sea is just a short walk away with a rough and rocky entrance to the sea. Food and drink everywhere constant abundance, great choice. I won't rate the quality and taste, even in our family opinions differed a lot

Lovely stay at hotel Beach was a little bit dusty, not the usual type of sand. Food and drinks are nice, a good time had by all. 24 hour restaurant which serves drinks as well was well received

Not so much food to choose on. So difficult to find something to eat. You have to pay extra for the sunbed madrass. Good beach, good drinks. Very bad wifi. Very small pool and little sunbeds.

the personel was really nice i was there for a week and i wish to come back the aqua park is really nice but the air conditioning shouldnt be right above the bed. 5 stars :)

Last think a big kudos to the best activities team starting with Umut, Esra,Icelal, and Petek And last thing the 6G Internet that I never had in any resort except Lonicera To top it all off, the provision of complimentary mineral water, juice, and yogurt was a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced my stay

I like the room, it's very big and clean. Food is great but food time finish soo early. I loved aquapark it's funny but same it's finish early :D. Night shows is amazing specially Turkish night and extreme show

The resort's location in the heart of the bustling bazaar made it convenient for shopping, and having a doctor and pharmacy just two minutes away added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind

The food, staff, and hotel have been amazing. There are so many different pools for all the family. We have seen families, couples, and people on his/her own enjoying the resort. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough

The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance at the pool bars

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected

Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours off transfer duration

the hotel is huge and very beautiful, many pools, races. on the beach bar - from 12 to 16 you can have a full lunch, not leaving the beach. in the evening there is live music

there are shops where you can dress up in a 10-minute walk. the only negative is that it takes about 1. 40 to go here from the airport, but we had a wonderful guide and we arrived cheerfully and quickly

The Turks are very tactful, and unobtrusive, unlike the Arabs and this is a big plus. in general, if you are offered this hotel by a travel agency, don’t think, take it, you won’t regret it

They where out of cola zero or fisetra allot, Water slides are not open all the time, don't know why, but when they are the wait isn't long do you van go plenty of times

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

Plenty of fruit!!! The desert buffet is boring, it's all pretty much the same with different colours, overly sweet and little variation. But do mind I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff or baklava

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

The glamorous Haydarpasha Palace has got more than just good looks - exciting waterslides and a rainbow coloured splash park promise plenty of fun! Plus there's a serene adults only pool for a well earned break

The hotel has a big capacity and definitely not enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The basement shops staff made us feel like we were thieves

Pool areas all good and waiters on skates a really fun touch. All staff in hotel are friendly and helpful. Visit to Oscar's in Nova bazaar definitely worth a visit too for good quality fakes

The entertainment team were amazing, the shows were thoroughly enjoyed by all! The entertainment team spent time to get to know people individually and were generally lovely, especially Tunco

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

At check in one if the ladies rolled her eyes and raised her voice, then said something in Turkish and called one of her colleagues to deal with us. That’s a shame as we really liked the hotel

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

- The hotel lacks sufficient elevators, with only one small lift serving the block. Staying on the 5th floor meant waiting up to 5 minutes for an elevator that could only accommodate around four people at a time

* Rooms: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The entertainment team created a wonderful atmosphere, with night shows that were truly exciting

We were impressed by the daily cleaning service provided by the friendly housekeeping staff, who always ensured our rooms were spotless. However, our experience by the pool was less than ideal

Website says 2 A Lá Carte restaurants which is not true, you can get a small menu option at reception to eat at the pier (at an extra cost) which requires 24hr notice but that’s it… Room service was the best option food wise as the buffet restaurant had the same tasteless meals every night

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

A good range of dishes are normal, the beach is sand with stones and sometimes with the earth. At the hotel's normal water Park for kids, for adults nothing special

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

We also bought a sea view room, but got only a little sea view, more like a side view. There's a huge and clean pool outside, and a beautiful pier with a bar and steps to the sea to swim

Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains is beautifully situated our grounds with a total surface of 12,000 m2 directly on the sea. Our beach has a length of 70 meters and has a jetty for lying and staying

First time in Turkey, staying at White City Resort Hotel and my partner and I have loved every second of it! The staff and hotel have been amazing. We were made to feel so welcome and relaxed

Omelette prepared fresh, and a variety of whole fish helped to have a high score, but improvement could have been on the eggs as none poached and fried were constantly broken yolk

Service was excellent and cleanliness of rooms and all areas was perfect. However, only a few of the restaurants staff were friendly, with some even being arrogant and unhelpful

What set this resort apart was the exceptional service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Suggestion: they need to consider providing bacon as a breakfast does not seem complete without it Would I go again

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

There is a Playground, mini-disco for children. Kid's club is open a few hours before dinner and several after, every day is different class - child escaped with pleasure

I was in this hotel in period 26. The first shock came after opening the door from the room. The room was very dirty, especially bed sheets !!! We were 3 persons and extra bed was missing as well

I thought that by 5* star hotel every day room cleaning and changing of towels, adding of toilette paper and water is a matter of sure (even in 4* hotel it is a matter of sure), but not in this one

Hotel stuff is very helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and the food is delicious. There’s a lot of animations like karaoke, live music, water gym bingo. All the barmans makes good drinks, but Yunus makes the best ones

It was my first time visiting Turkey and what can I say? I LOVED IT here at Miarosa hotel! The food is amazing, rooms are clean, I needed extra blanket - I told at the reception and I got it

however, it didn't last as long as it could have. the rooms are neat and tidy, cleaned daily if needed. Bars, as in the hotel description, open according to the required time (or all day)

Great choice of healthy food, bedding changed daily plenty of towels provided. Free ice cream, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks available all day. The only negative is some of the staff are ignorant.

Swimming pool and beach were lovely, and as we visited early/mid October, there were always some sunbeds available

We had amazing time at Yalihan Una. The room was very spacious, clean, it had all it needed, including beautiful sea and swimming pool views

Just arrived to early daze, beautiful outlook to beach 🏖️ probably 20 meters from room after pool is sea, calm and safe, well patrolled ( part of day )

I recommend to drink Ayran (salted yoghurt) which was served in the sea bar - very refreshing in the hot weather. We really appreciated all! There is a pool, but we didn`t use it - preferred the beach

The guests in the hotel were mostly German, which we didn't expect, but this turned out to be great, as they are such quiet and nice people! There is also a lovely local cat visitor 🐈

The proximity to the beach was a major highlight; it was just a short, pleasant walk away, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand at any time from our beach front room
