I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Paloma Grida in Turkey and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, especially for families with children. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible kids club, which truly exceeded our expectations.
The kids club at this hotel was simply outstanding. The staff members were not only friendly and welcoming, but they also had a genuine passion for working with children. From the moment we stepped foot into the club, we knew our kids were in good hands. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our children had a memorable and enjoyable time.
Our children had the opportunity to participate in arts and crafts, sports, games. The staff organized fun and interactive games that kept the kids entertained throughout the day.
Overall, our experience at this hotel's was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's dedication, enthusiasm truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience in Turkey.

Just like in other reviews, I have no complaints regarding the service, the pools, the beach, or the food.
However, a major downside is that the hotel, which markets itself as a family-friendly destination, unfortunately neglects children’s safety. In general, there is no proper outdoor playground where children can play after the pool and beach are closed for the day. Unfortunately, the only outdoor play area consists of three swings that are well past their prime. They are broken, with cracked plastic, posing a serious risk that children could easily injure themselves while playing.
Additionally, there is a small slide attached to a playhouse, with a sandbox underneath that has unfortunately turned into a litter box for the cats that roam around the property.
While I have no complaints about the animators of the indoor Kids Club, the so-called jungle gym leaves much to be desired in terms of safety for children. Some areas that should have protective coverings lack them, ropes are fastened with zip ties, and the trampoline is also broken and cannot be used by children because it lacks the necessary safety nets. Unfortunately, these issues have been overlooked, and it seems as though there was once an investment made in these facilities, but no further effort has been put into maintaining or refreshing them.
The absence of a proper outdoor playground is a major drawback. There is plenty of space on the property to build a nice play area for kids, but sadly, this aspect has been neglected. I would gladly return to this hotel if these issues were addressed, but as it stands, it discourages me from coming back with children.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are dated however this didn’t put us off. The children’s club is amazing - so flexible and they loved it. The food was amazing, so much choice and really good service. The staff were all very friendly. Overall a great holiday and lovely time.

Excellent resort, I can't recommend it enough. The facilities, the personal pool to my room, the food, customer service from employees and the activities they held were all world class. If you decide to stay here you will be very pleased I'm sure about it. Also the hotel was super kid friendly and accommodated kids so well.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible hotel with a group of 18 friends and family members, and I can’t sing its praises enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and their hospitality made our trip even more special.
The food was absolutely amazing—each meal was a delight, with a variety of options that pleased everyone in our group, from the little ones to the adults. We especially loved the themed nights, which added an extra touch of fun to our dining experiences.
Entertainment here is second to none. There was something for everyone, whether it was the lively evening shows, fun activities by the pool, or the relaxing live music at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was pure perfection—soft sand, clear waters, and plenty of space for our large group to relax and enjoy.
Unfortunately, my son had a little accident during our stay and needed hospital treatment. I was so touched by the care and concern shown by the hotel staff. They arranged everything smoothly, checked in on us regularly, and even sent us messages wishing him a speedy recovery. It’s rare to find such genuine care, and it made a world of difference to us.
If you’re considering a stay here, do it! The combination of great food, fabulous entertainment, and the friendliest staff you could ask for makes this place a top-notch choice. Our family and friends all had an incredible time, and we can’t wait to come back!

I believe many of the negative reviews of this hotel are over stretched. We found the facilities to be superb from check in to the bar and restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink are by far the best I've had at any all inclusive hotel. The pools and beach are fantastic. My daughter already wants to come back. The rooms are in need of updating but they are clean and for the little time we spent in our room it didn't affect our holiday at all.

We have just had 10 days at Paloma Grida and the whole family enjoyed the stay. A few little issues with the room, some lights not working but overall clean and tidy (however not 5 star quality) Balcony was small and the view wasn't stellar. All of the staff were excellent whilst eating in the restaurant or at the bars/kids club. Îmmûhan our room keeper cleaned our room excellently every day and left different towels animals each day which the kids loved. Overall a great hotel and stay. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in a family connecting room. The extra beds were horrible, and sound insulation of the front door was so poor that we couldn’t sleep until the music stopped playing. Housekeeping kept providing insufficient towels and slippers. They kept forgetting to take my laundry, and overall experience was poor. The Turkish food in the buffet was quite good, but quality of other cuisines were really poor.
The pool facilities are nice, with lots of sliders available. The people working at restaurant and bars were nice as well.
Overall though, it really was not worth the money. We will never go back to Antalya, as there are much better options in Europe..

Very good hotel, very tasty food. Amazing animation. Funny pool games, great evening entertainment and summer party near the beach with great music and drinks. Plan to go there again.

We arrived late at night, and the hotel bus transfer took almost 2 hours because it waited for other guests from different hotels. We finally reached Paloma Grida at 2 am. It would have been better with a more efficient transfer service. Upon arrival, I asked if any kitchen is open and I could have a sandwich or something. Here I expect that a good hotel finds a solution and goes the extra mile, thats good service. We had to ask the staff to help with our bags and baby and drive us to our room at 2am, even though several employees were sitting around with golf carts. Be proactive, go the extra mile.
Aside from these points, the hotel is very nice with many pools and activities for kids of all ages. The quality of the food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
