One of the best Hotels in belek. All employees are friendly. Great thanks for Serhan the receptionist. 7 stars hotel.
Food Variety: The food was generally delicious; however, the variety was quite limited. Especially for dinner, I expected more options and diverse flavors.
Activities: During my stay, I noticed that there were no morning or evening activities. I am unsure if this is due to the off-season, but the lack of activities made the experience rather dull. Limiting the vacation to just accommodation and meals made the overall stay feel monotonous.
Golf Course Access: We wanted to explore the golf course, but Guest Relations and the Golf Service team informed us that it was not allowed without prior training due to health and safety concerns. While I understand the need for safety, I find it illogical that taking training would eliminate potential risks, such as being hit by a golf ball. If the course is inherently risky, training does not seem to change that fact. Additionally, the explanation provided about this policy was unclear and not entirely convincing.
Guest Relations Staff Behavior: Unfortunately, I found the Guest Relations team to be poorly informed, often providing misleading answers. Furthermore, some staff members used an overly sarcastic and disrespectful tone. When seeking assistance, I expected a more constructive and professional attitude. Such behavior does not align with the hospitality standards one would anticipate from a hotel of this caliber.
Treatment of Guests: I also observed a noticeable disparity in the level of attention and care given to foreign guests compared to Turkish guests. The level of interest shown to foreign visitors was significantly higher—at least 10 times more than what was shown to local customers. This lack of balance made me feel undervalued in my own country, which was disappointing.
In conclusion, while my stay was generally positive, I believe there is significant room for improvement in the areas mentioned above. I hope this feedback helps the hotel enhance its services and deliver a better experience to all guests in the future.
Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. The room were fantastic... Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10. The staff were generally quite pleasant...not above and beyond but good. Lunch at the pool side was great. Buffet was great a lot of good choices everyday can't fault that... 24 hours wasn't bad either. We had the Chinese Al a carte which wasn't good but service was fab (not worth 25 euro) didn't try and other restaurants.
In terms of the golf. The faldo is fun to play and in good condition. Greens a bit slow. Good practice areas. Lots of dog legs holes and course mgmt is key! Not really for the long hitter so keeps it interesting. Food and cocktails at the clubhouse are great and staff were amazing here. The only let down here are the marshalls they are aggressive and almost ruined our game by litteraly shouting at people and trying to rush people which can be off-putting.
I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star amenities. Prob wouldn't return but had a good time...

There is a special section dedicated for children, which is quite nice. The hotel is large, and with the beach, rooms, and dining areas spread out, you'll end up walking an average of 12,000 steps per day.
Additionally, the poolside food court area could use a redesign; the tables and tablecloths don’t quite match the hotel’s overall concept.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but these small details could be improved for an even better stay.
