Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. The room were fantastic... Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10. The staff were generally quite pleasant...not above and beyond but good. Lunch at the pool side was great. Buffet was great a lot of good choices everyday can't fault that... 24 hours wasn't bad either. We had the Chinese Al a carte which wasn't good but service was fab (not worth 25 euro) didn't try and other restaurants.
In terms of the golf. The faldo is fun to play and in good condition. Greens a bit slow. Good practice areas. Lots of dog legs holes and course mgmt is key! Not really for the long hitter so keeps it interesting. Food and cocktails at the clubhouse are great and staff were amazing here. The only let down here are the marshalls they are aggressive and almost ruined our game by litteraly shouting at people and trying to rush people which can be off-putting.
I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star amenities. Prob wouldn't return but had a good time...

There is a special section dedicated for children, which is quite nice. The hotel is large, and with the beach, rooms, and dining areas spread out, you'll end up walking an average of 12,000 steps per day.
Additionally, the poolside food court area could use a redesign; the tables and tablecloths don’t quite match the hotel’s overall concept.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but these small details could be improved for an even better stay.
Our kids especially loved the kids' corner, kids' kitchen, and playground. It was wonderful to see them so happy and entertained. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment!
- the hamam is small, the rest of the spa is ok but most of it is available only by reservation;
- outdoor activities stop at 17:30 (right when the heat stops) so it is quite hard to enjoy them because of the heat(minigolf, volleyball, etc.), but considering that this resort is made mainly for golfers that use the enormous golfing facility throughout the day, it is not a big deal. The resort is also huge so no boredom.
- entertainment is good, not the best. Keep in mind this is changing weekly, it is possible we had a chill week, there were no pool activities or daytime parties and shows, only night time, but they were good.
- because price is low compared to other high class resorts, there are a lot of people that feel entitled cut in front, be loud in spa, treat the staff poorly, and so on. It would be nice for the resort to charge a premium since its services are premium. This would get rid of jerky people.
The place is really kids friendly but I couldn’t describe more since we came as a couple.
All in all the best resort we went so far! I recommend it sincerely if you want a luxury experience, just leave the bad manners at home, people here are way too respectful and professional to be treated badly.

The hotel was dated overall, and service was generally lacking with some pockets of excellence. The kids club and spa were both top notch 5/5 rating. The Resturaunt service was also quite nice. If not for the air conditioning issue and the general attitude of the staff to solve our issues, we would have rated 4 stars
