A decent hotel in its category. Excellent service, good spacious rooms. The hotel grounds are green and well maintained. Offers for vip-persons.

Location: 35 km from airport, 40 km from Antalya city centre, 1 km from the town of Belek, on the seashore.
Consists of one main building consisting of two 6 - and 7 - storey blocks, five 4-storey buildings "Taggate", six two-story "Lake" blocks and VIP Villas located separately.
Total area: 90 000 m2.
The hotel has 554 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - free, towels for a Deposit. The length of the beach - 300 m.
Food. Ultra All Inclusive
Ultra all inclusive: Breakfast, late Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, night soup, snacks, ice cream and fresh fruit juices during certain hours, around the clock, some imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Drinks are not included in the concept, Deluxe, drinks, room service 24 hours, all A'la Carte restaurants, hookah - for a fee.

The rooms are very good, and the resort is very clean. I was not used to this level of busyness, and the resort was heaving.. Breakfast between the hours of 8 and 10 was so busy and stressful that I simply stopped going after he second day - not pleasant. Getting a lounger by the pool proved a challenge each day, and many of the guests proved rather obtuse in their strategy of 'claiming' these before breakfast - not a nice experience. The food was 'good' (nothing spectacular), and the drinks service a bit slow overall (not their fault, like I said the venue was very, very busy). The highlight of our trip was the lovely attentive service of Guest Relations, Alayna in particular who was excellent. She put right a few 'teething' issues during our stay to make it extra special and to enable us to get the most out of the offering. Overall, great value, but too busy for me. I 'may' come back off season, but during high season its too busy for me. Thank you Guest Relations! :)
Excellent accommodation, export and local food and drink of the best quality, extraordinary services, beautiful pools, clean beach with fine sand and slow entry into the sea. Everything is easy to access, and when you think it is not, someone from the service staff immediately helps you.
I spent 7 wonderful days at this resort and it was one of the best places I stayed.
Special thanks to Hasan from Guest Relations, who helped us with all the information we asked for, plus the ones we didn't even think of. He is a true professional employee.
I would come back here anytime, with the greatest pleasure.

The staff response is very efficient and quick.. my first experience with all inclusive resorts, and It was just fun hopping from one bar to another within the resort :)
Good selection of pastries, beverages etc.. made it a wonderful time to sit and read my book.
We saw an illusionist show at the amphitheatre, and was mind blown.. it was simply brilliant!
The bar had provisions of cute snacks like chips and popcorn plus shawls were available if u felt cold.

Due it was announce in all reviews that it’s a big area but hotel is not so big it’s small in my opinion. Honestly I would give this hotel 4 start but not 5 sorry.
I did not like this fact that I don’t have bath and it’s just shower.
Cosmetics in the room not a good quality , I bought all I need in the shop downstairs.
As well I would change sunbeds and do it more luxury and more aesthetic
The good part about this hotel is service it’s really good and you will have great experiences in restaurants and bars. Staff is really careful about how you feel , that’s make you felt good and welcomed .
All inclusive is not for everyone make an option all inclusive non alcho will be useful cause I don’t see it’s convenience pay the same amount for people who doesn’t drink .
As well advice to separate outside area for smoking and non smoking area , due a lot of people smoke next to you when you seat outside in the restaurant
