The hotel is extremely spacious with vast areas to explore. Food & Alcohol were a strong suit. Cleanliness was remarkable.
The hotel was very modern and provides beautiful scenery all over the location.
Unfortunately, the entertainment team was nearly non-existent. After spending the past 5 years visiting the most luxurious hotels in Antalya, I found the Sueno entertainment team to be very boring and lacking when compared to others. Moreover, the parties at the Beach Club were not lively whatsoever. Barely any activities near the pool as well, which leads to an overall sense of overwhelming boredom.
Certain staff at the bar were very mean, and would leave you waiting for too long to be served. Some showed clear favoritism towards clients of certain nationalities. (Russians and Turks)
Guest relations were very disorganised and not very nice. An issue occurred with my Pool Pavillion reservation, and the wrong pavilion had been booked, leading to me recieving my pavilion hours late.
We stayed 10 days and every single day I complained about cleaning and the room remained dirty. They never dust the furniture.
Never clean the floor properly.
If you sit in the cake shop, you literally see dirt under the sofa.
If they tell you they have a present for you. A sea view room, don’t fall for it. They’ll send you to a room that overview the main stage. You’ll be listening to music all day.
The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t cool down the room and sounds like you’re on the plane
Service is so slow you need to wait for 15 min to get your coffee and tea.
This is a great place for those of you that have kids.
It’s like a small city and you can find all kind of things in one place.
To be a parent is much more easier here.
I highly recommend it!
The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable.
We had an issue with AC but it was quickly fixed.
The food was good! All our family members liked it, yet there's room for improvement to elevate the dining experience further for that price.
The NYE party was mostly oriented for the local people not for tourists!
Generally I would recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
