The hotel itself is lovely, with well-decorated rooms that provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff's service was generally good, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when my wife unfortunately fell ill.
She suffered from food poisoning, which was later confirmed by the hospital, where she spent three days recovering. This illness led to complications as it turned into a bacterial infection, which was incredibly distressing for both of us. When I informed the reception about her condition, instead of offering assistance or even a simple apology, the staff attempted to shift the blame to a possible allergy—despite the clear medical confirmation of food poisoning.
To make matters worse, I reached out to the hotel via email to express our concerns and seek some acknowledgment from management, but I was met with silence. It’s disappointing to see a reputable establishment neglecting the well-being of its guests, especially in such serious circumstances.
In summary, while the hotel offers a delightful stay in terms of comfort and service, the lack of support and compassion during a critical time was extremely disappointing. This experience has left a sour note on what could have been an excellent getaway. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their response to such situations in the future.

The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort and sea view. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service.
Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay with children as well.
