Bad service from the hotel.. reception not friendly... aircond not function.. will not come here again.. first and last..

I normally don't write reviews but my experience was so horrible that I am compelled to write a review. There are more cons then pros for this hotel. They are trying to provide service which they have no experience it. They provide washing and cleaning cloth services and bring me back dirty clothes which they charge money for . When identify the clothes are not cleaned and second time they try to clean and ruin a shirt completely. On the top of it owner didn't honor price we agreed upon. As a paying customer, my word wasn't sufficient that I have to provide the prove on agreed price after staying for over 30 days. Not only they charge me for upfront for 30 days while I stay there 27 days they told me that my 30 days balance is complete.

Third there were missing amanties such as toliet paper and room wasn't cleaned everyday. If you ask for a water by mistake please be prepared to be charged for that.

Bad service, cheap facilities, rude receptionist, wifi unavailable.
The hotel was recently opened and its the only reason I'm giving two stars, as I'm cutting them some slack here.
The whole hotel was super hot without option to control your own rooms temperature. When we complained, the receptionist said it's not hot and she can't do anything.
The toilet seat was not installed properly, so it was moving around.
The glue and plastic was visible still from the construction works.
There was ash on the coffee table.
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows too.
They cut our electricity 10 mins before our checkout time to remind us we need to live. So rude!
