We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, the room was too small and we felt cramped. However, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. The breakfast didn't have a variety of items as it is expected from hotel services.

During my stay at the Adelmar Hotel Istanbul Sisli, I had both positive and negative impressions. Let me break it down:
1. Luxurious Lobby and Efficient Check-In:
The hotel's lobby exudes luxury, and my check-in process was swift and efficient. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism.
2. Room Size and Comfort:
While my room was smaller than expected, it was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioner and other amenities worked flawlessly.
3. Modern Bathroom, Slightly Cramped:
The bathroom boasted modern fixtures and was adequately stocked. However, it felt a tad cramped.
4. Dining Experience:
The dining room was elegantly appointed, and the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. With a variety of menu options that changed daily, I enjoyed a delightful start to my mornings.
5. Convenient Location:
The hotel's location is a major plus. It's a short walk to the **Osmanbey Metro Station**, providing easy access to Taksim and other attractions. Numerous restaurants, shops, and malls are also within reach.
6. Staff and Management:
Unfortunately, the staff's demeanor was inconsistent. Over my 4-night stay, their moods fluctuated from warm to cold. Not ideal for a pleasant guest experience.
7. The Iron Incident:
When I requested an iron, I received only the appliance itself. When I inquired about an ironing board, the staff member who spoke no English, pulled out a prayer mat from my drawer and suggested using it on the coffee table. Unconventional, to say the least!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Adelmar Hotel, and our experience was fantastic. We were immediately impressed by the hotel's stylish decor and cozy atmosphere. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. The location of the hotel was also excellent, being close to the mall and easily accessible to nearby restaurants, providing us with a delightful holiday experience. We look forward to visiting again and reliving this wonderful experience

The stay at Adelmar Hotel Sisli was a nice experience, The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, service was great, breakfast is good , the location is very strategic. the famous streets are one station away , i would take it again whenever in Istanbul and I recommand it to my colleagues

This is a small and cute hotel.
The location is great. Everything is so close, but not noisy to bother you. The rooms are not that big but really comfy. The reception guys are so respectful and helpful. I also like the breakfast. I will definitely back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

I stayed 7night in this hotel. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mr.Berk. Kaya. He was a real gentleman.very kind, helpeful specially with great address guiding.and freindly.hotel has a great location.we had an access to almost everything.5 min away from Osmanbay metro. Just the noise of drunk people at night in the street.and size of my room and the same breakfast everyday was my negative points. Rooms were clean.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights, and I left it after 1 night! The 2nd day of my stay (Dec 25th, 2023), there was water leakage from the roof of all the floors, and it wasn’t safe at all to stay! There was a high risk of electrical shock and building collapse. They didn’t evacuate the building. In addition, the hotel staff were so rude. A guy who was sitting in reception claimed he was the hotel manager, and when I was talking with him, he attempted to have physical contact with me! He came and stood just a few inches away from me, and I didn’t feel secure at all! I don’t recommend it at all! Customer care and respect were zero!

It was a great and peaceful hotel. The staff were very polite and the rooms are cleaned every day. I suggest that the breakfasts change a little and get out of the monotony. Thank you for the very good management of the hotel.
