The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with the beautiful view of the Golden Horn. The breakfast was very rich. A number of different meals were offered to the visitors. The room with the view was very good. Everything we needed was available in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service: my booking was for " Deluxe Double room (full double bed)”. I was given a combined double bed which was not comfortable. When I passed my complain to hotel, instead of replacing the bed mattress rice , they offer room change ( not convince for me since I have to pack / unpack all my bags.

Deffo not 5 star in my opinion. Stayed for 4 nights - 1st night shoved me in a corner room on the first floor with no windows that opened, 28 degree heat and no air con. After complaining moved me up to 16th floor but again no air but had a window I could open. Breakfast is nothing but average. Room service is pricey to say there’s many good options availabe within 30 second walking distance.

Location is great but the traffic noise can be annoying sometimes specially for lower level rooms. All staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful, and don’t hesitate to go an extra mile. Make sure the taxi takes you to the doors of the hotel. Even though it’s the next building to the terminal, you just can’t walk there and have to wait for the transfer which isn’t regular nor comfortable.

I have a tour company (d-tourstocuba) I have been in tourism for 20 years. It was a great experience. Very well located, gentle walk to the main sites and Grand Bazaar. If you stay hotels near of Taksim square, this hotel is incredible place ,because the room was absolutely clean with good furnitures and convenience bed.In addition ,the staffs were polite and friendly. The hotel was good for what it cost, but we had to ask for rooms to be cleaned and fresh towels on 2 occasions, as this was not done daily. I asked for toilet roll to be refilled twice and on day 3 decided to buy some instead, there was a funky smell from the drains, the sink...
