Doesn't correspond to 5 stars hotel. Real 3.5 - 4 stars. Windows are dirty. Staff doesn't speak English. There is no public transport close to the hotel and no food markets. SPA is old and doesn't work properly. But breakfast was delicious and lot off choices.

Room was excellent over looking the river, service was excellent. It would be greater if they had alcohol but unfortunately they don't, but you can buy outside the hotel and bring in. It's central in Instabul and you can explore the city from here. There's a bus route right in from of the hotel. Get a bus card, which also works on the ferries.
