Very bad hotel. when we came we had to wait 4 hours for our rooms. The electricity in the room didn’t work, the room was too small. The quality of the rooms was very poor.
It was so bad, that I had to change the hotel.

Just be ready for when you go to the restaurant the owner
Would overcharge you so double check your bill
He wasn’t even embarrassed when I confronted him. I think he does it to everybody so again, just check your bill!!!

The worst hotel with the worst host ever! Don’t ever book this hotel, because the host can just change the room and if you don’t like it, throw away your belongings from the hotel, the host is mentally ill. This man damaged our luggage by throwing it on the floor. Remember this face and avoid this creature.

Perfect location, Tram is literally 10 steps away. As a female solo traveller it's the safest place to stay in the Sultanahmet district.
Walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkappi.
Short walk to Sirkeci Metro station.
Room is comfortable and all amenities provided ie shampoo, towels, showergel and soap. Breakfast is great.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love ❤️ this beautiful hotel, I love everything about it. It is immaculately clean, fresh, the selection for breakfast is amazing, the selection caters for everyone which includes hot and cold buffets, cereals, yogurt, honey, jams, fresh apples, oranges, cheeses, sultanas, raisins, breads, delicious cakes, biscuits, hot boiled eggs, chips and this delicious sausage . Tea, various coffees, fruit juices. The hotel staff are so accommodating, friendly, caring and thoughtful and a joy to be around. The bedroom beautifully decorated, the bedding immaculate, the bathroom immaculate, efficient shower, complimentary toiletries, soft white towels , there is a fridge , safe if required, kettle, tea, water etc. The location is superb very close to the Gülhane Park which is so very beautiful. The windows in the bedroom once closed no noise and the air conditioning very efficient. I would 💯 recommend this delightful hotel ❤️

Stay out! We booked this hotel and when we arrived they told us they could not give us the room (despite they had confirmed few days earlier that the reservation was in order). They offered us to take us to another hotel they had with their own car. When we refused to get in the car, they said that we could leave. I read more and more comments explaining same situation, so, if you want to have to have a good stay in Istanbul, stay out from this place.

On our trip to Turkey we stayed at the Adora Hotel in Istanbul.Our stay at Adora hotel was very pleasant..The hotel was located at a very convenient location at the Gullane tram Station.. it's walking distance to the SultanAhmet Square to the main attractions of Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque and the topkapi palace..along with plenty of places to shop and eat.. AdoraHotel was a good choice because of it's great location and also because of the excellent staff and service. We got 5star service from all the staff especially from Omar who arranged an excellent trip to the Hamam for us.. Abdullah,Ahmet,Ali and of course Muzamil were all very pleasant,helpful throughout our stay..
The housekeeping was second to none with Anisa making sure our rooms were cleaned daily along with changing the beddings. I would definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend to others.Thank you very much all at Adora Hotel for a wonderful and memorable time.

When we arrived they sent us to a different hotel which was worse. The next day they didn’t give us the room that we booked and the receptionist got mad at us when we wanted a different room. Not a single staff there is honest with you and they just lie to you until you leave. They all just laugh at you, worst experience of my life! I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews are bought from them

The hotel is in a really bad condition and dirty, renovations haven’t been made since a while. Plus we booked a room with twin beds and they gave us a room with one small double bed in a very small room. We had to pay almost 300 euro more to have a room with separate beds. The beds are super hard, impossible to sleep on them.
And the breakfast was awful, I got food poisoned. Really, to avoid…

It is the worst note I have ever stayed at for the following reasons:
- Filthy and Dirty bed sheets.
- Very small rooms and toilets.
- AC not working properly.
- Impolite and rude hotel staff even they tried throwing my luggage outside after I cancelled my reservation with the comment you are not our customer anymore !
- Unhelpful hotel staff as they even can’t provide a taxi. They simply responded “calling a Taxi is your problem not our problem!”.
- The hotel staff says simply we don’t care about any reservation policy we put on booking. We play only by our rules.
- The hotel’s restaurant prices are very expensive. For a dish of scrambled eggs and Flafail it would cost around $ 30 !!
If there was less than a star I would of rated it with. I don’t recommend to stay at this hotel at all even if it was the only hotel in the world !
