Adora Hotel

Very bad hotel. when we came we had to wait 4 hours for our rooms. The electricity in the room didn’t work, the room was too small. The quality of the rooms was very poor.
It was so bad, that I had to change the hotel.
Nothing to recommend at all.👎👎👎

Just be ready for when you go to the restaurant the owner
Would overcharge you so double check your bill

He wasn’t even embarrassed when I confronted him. I think he does it to everybody so again, just check your bill!!!

The worst hotel with the worst host ever! Don’t ever book this hotel, because the host can just change the room and if you don’t like it, throw away your belongings from the hotel, the host is mentally ill. This man damaged our luggage by throwing it on the floor. Remember this face and avoid this creature.

Disgusting experience. My money was stolen from hotel's room. When we reported this to the staff they started manipulating and lying to us. They were saying "this is not our problem", didn't call the police, didn't alowed us to closely review the camera footage, didn't even try to help us. After three day's of insisting we finally spoke to the manager (not ever sure it was the real one) who was extremely rude and unproffesional. On the last day they asked us to sign a declaration that they were not guilty of anything. To sum up, the worst customer service in my life. Real cheaters. You do the math who stole my money... We also found out that some keys can unlock many rooms. We reported this but the personnel tried to find excuses and say that this is not their problem either (I have a video proof but it's not possible to upload it. Feel free to contact me if you're in doubt, can send it). The room was not cleaned every day, the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty, wifi didn't work all the time. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews are written from them (as someone already mentioned before).
