Disappointed
The only thing that deserves 5 stars here is the price in the lobby cafe—the pizza and sandwich were barely edible. But okay, it was 11 pm.

The hotel furniture is old; maybe it was 5 stars 15 years ago, but now it feels closer to 3 stars. Even the TV shows in very poor quality.

The towels were probably white a long time ago, so thanks for at least keeping them clean, which I can’t say about the toilet. The toilet seat was dirty and simply not wiped, much like the bathroom’s entrance door. What was absolutely shocking was that the shower gel and shampoo were watered down, just diluted. The robe, which should have been provided in the room, was also missing.

The air conditioning works however it wants, with no way to adjust the temperature. When I went to open a window, I found that the “white” curtains hadn’t been washed in ages—dusty and dirty, disgusting to touch. The walls are dirty with peeling wallpaper.

The food at the buffet is boring and repetitive.

The spa? What’s advertised as “included in the price” is only free for 30 minutes. What a shame.

I checked the comments on Booking and was surprised to see a 9-star rating. Very disappointed. Not worth the money—my holiday with my mom was ruined because of this. I cannot recommend this hotel !

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. First of all, we booked a double bed, but there were two single beds and they put it together, but was not comfortable at all!! While sleeping, we had to wake up and put them back together!! I reported that 3 times at the reception, the only solution was "we're sorry, but there is no double bed available "!!! What! I booked it paid for it online before i even came to the hotel and got the confirmation number!
And the furniture, the decorations, the materials, and the devices are so old! So i mean, for that price you should get a real 4 or 5 star service. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star hotel! Not more.
The only good thing at this hotel was the breakfast!
The most important thing in a hotel is the bed!! When you don't feel comfortable while sleeping, then your holiday will be definitely ruined! I was so disappointed when they treated me like that as i reported my situation in the room and they didn't react at all!

Hotel is fine, lobby is lovely and rooms are okay. Also it’s very close to the metro which is great because in this city you do everything by metro or tram. Everything in the room is dated though. Our airconditioning in the room makes me have a sore throat and have a cold, also at certain times the room fills up with the smell of sigarettes, probably because of the vents being connected to a spot where somebody loves to smoke. Also, we are at the second floor looking out over the pool and the volume of the music at the pool is WAY too high. This pool is being surrounded by high walls, the sound bounces off those walls and they probably dont realise how much you can hear from it inside the rooms with windows closed. You are not getting sleep untill 11 at night. Unless you put the airco on to block out the sound, which in our case means we have to pick between getting sick and sleeping before 11, or staying healthy and not being able to sleep before 11.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel, which unfortunately fell far short of expectations. No Air condition and room are super dirty and hotel pictures are outdated

Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the cleanliness of my room was below acceptable standards. The room was not properly cleaned, and I encountered various issues such as stained carpets and uncleaned bathroom fixtures.

Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are notably outdated. The furniture was worn, and the overall ambiance did not reflect the quality one would expect from a hotel of your advertised standard.

Customer Service: My interactions with the staff were far from satisfactory. Requests for assistance were often met with indifference, and there was a lack of responsiveness to basic needs and concerns.

Billing Issues: Most concerning was the billing issue. Despite being assured at checkout that I would only be charged for one night, I was later informed by my travel agency that I was billed for the full five-night stay. Despite this discrepancy, the hotel has refused to issue a refund, leaving me with a frustrating and unresolved situation.

Given these multiple issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

So called 5 stars hotel and they sya its climatisation isn't working when it's hot, air flow but not cold. If you don't want to suffocate don't book this.
Furthermore when you want to check out because no AC, they tell you AC is working and can not refund. Thieves of great talent. Avoid at all cost.

Washroom: Leaky shower, basin tap, and jet spray, causing water to spill and wet the floor.
Locker: Faulty and requires reception to open it every time.
Air Conditioner: Ineffective, often switched off from the main switch, requiring frequent calls to reception to restart.
Food: Average quality, staff struggles with English, leading to incorrect orders and unprofessional behavior.
Spa: Inconsistent pricing, with changes during the stay.
Swimming Pool: Accessible only until 6 PM; after that, you must order food to sit in the area.
Weddings: Frequent events cause noise and chaos, disrupting peace.
Wifi: Only works in the corridors, not in the rooms.
English Speaking: Major communication issues due to limited English-speaking staff.
Breakfast: Lacks variety and not up to 5-star standards.
Housekeeping: Staff enters rooms to make beds and clean even without permission, which is intrusive and unprofessional.
Overall: Consider other options for a better and more relaxing holiday experience.
