The hotel boasts a perfect location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom didn’t quite meet expectations and could use more attention. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in housekeeping.

The hotel is very dated; the pictures don't tell the truth.
It's very dirty and moldy in the bathroom and room. Windows don't seal, the heaters are broken and you could never turn them off, even though they were running the whole time.
The bed linens had stains, the floor was dusty and covered in hair. The mattresses and pillows were extremely hard.
Towels aren't changed during your stay, and the room isn't cleaned either.
Very young, uninterested staff. They don't pay any attention to complaints.
There's no direct reception, no lobby. The elevator is only on the first floor.
Very noisy area, very central, which is the only good thing. However, there are two clubs behind and next to the building that play music until 5 a.m., so you can't sleep.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Turkey. First time was because i was unhappy with the previous one and actually passed by alba hotel on our way, looked inside and decided to switch, second time on our last night in Istanbul before flying back. The location is in one of the alleys closed to istikal avenue, very convenient, and only a 7 min walk to the metro station, slightly longer to tophane for T1 and the airport shuttle stop. Lots of good breakfast places right outside. The staff is really helpful and spoke good English and the price for value is simply amazing. Only a tiny issue is that it s not the quietest place due to its excellent location, but not unsolvable with earplugs. Would definitely stay here if and when i come back to Istanbul!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. the room was clean and the location was great, right in the center of town, but unfortunately the service was not good, the man was rude, not helpful. he even asked me for extra money because i had checked in at 1pm instead of 2pm. And by the way i spent a week in 2022 in the same hotel but it was another guy who was so helpful, nice and the service was top. In conclusion my stay wasn't bad but I definitely will not come again to this hotel.

It's beyond awful. The room smells like mold, the air conditioner turns on by itself, everywhere is dirty, they didn't even put toilet paper. I chose it just because of the location, it has nothing to do with the visuals. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.

Perfect location for a long stay more than a couple of days. There are lots of restorants and cafes nearby. Only twenty meters to the main touristic street Istiklal. Next door from the hotel you can find good place for breakfast. The rooms are quiet and warm. You gotta go upstairs to get the elevator.

We had great stay at this property. The room was clean and we were able to get HSKP service.The staff were very kind and professional .We will definitely stay again.

Overall is not bad but the toilet cover was broken. We them to fix it. It took them long time still didn’t fix.

Spent 3 nights.. cute clean spacious room, bathroom a bit tiny but manageable. Best part is of course location. Just few steps away from the vibrant Istiklal street. Reasonably priced. You may request them for a room on the inner side for noise free night sleep. Front desk guy Enes was too sweet & helpful. Gave us recommendations for good food places around which came in handy. Overall had a great stay & would love to book with them again.
