Very poor. We were booked there for a week through a travel agent, but upon arriving it was clear this hotel is in a bad state, with dangerous exposed wires, see photo. We requested to cancel the booking right away and reserved another hotel, the desk worker advised us to e mail the absent manager, which we did , as did the travel agent, but the spineless ' manager ' never replies. It has taken a while , but this review is accurate.

I booked this hotel in the last minute. It’s ok for low budget hotel I guess service was good it was quite clean. But breakfast was no good and same every morning and juice machine was out order. So we skipped breakfast…… sometimes the lift would not work and spot light are quite slow on the stairs.

The worst hotel, the manager is rude. They cheat on the price list, initially they said a different price, in the end they said a different price. The administrator does not know what a service is. He tried to fight with me, but since I am a foreigner, I did not agree to provocation. If I see such deceivers in my country, I will act differently. If you value your nerves, do not check into this hotel.

Bad smell in the hotel ( egg smell)
Bad location ( so many noise and fights in the streets)
Old breakfast ( nothing is fresh)
Wifi doesn't work in the rooms 😒 only in the lobby 😑 even after I complained about it
The employees speak very poorly English no communication
I am not even exaggeration
The sheet make me itching I swear to God
The room wallpaper ripped and the bathroom kinda cracked
It doesn't even deserve 1 stars truly

It's a meh hotel room are dirty sheets have spots in them and it's quite am expensive hotel at that.
The are that it's in is really good.
The breakfast wasn't wowing and they only give you 1 water bottle a day.
The place smells like cigarettes and the heaters are not working.

Managed to get a two rooms the same night but rooms were good. The parking is abit awkward for wider vehicles and almost damage our tyres are there was a glass bottle broke as entering. Also had a sleepless night as the neighbours decided to have Happy time all night.

I would never recommend this hotel!
I will give no star to this hotel because of many reasons:1)AC did not work 2)very poor service 3)dirty bathrooms and rooms
4)there is a woman in front desk whose behaviour is aweful!she does not listen to you and she offended us!
5)terrible breakfast!(only cheese and bread)!!!
6)staff has a little command of English
