Room was clean. Bed was too soft but I was so tired that I didn't really notice. The room lights were nice and bright. I liked that the light switch for the main lights is right by the bed, it's easy to switch the lights off at night!
Shower had good pressure and I liked the bidet in the toilet 😊

Very nice hotel with a superb location.
The rooms are small, but nice and clean. Breakfast has a wide range of food. They could offer more fruit than just wattermelon.
The location is perfect. Practically few steps from grant bazaar, few minutes walk to 3 of the big mosques (hagia sofia, blue mosque and sulejmanije), topkapi and cistern basillica. The tram station is at the begining of the street giving you a connection to other parts of the city.
Neighbouring streets are full of shops and restaurants and feel very safe even in the evening and for female travelers.

Everything was excellent,clean,and very good breakfast, thanks to mr Fikret we had amazing hospitality,will visit again for sure!!!!!!!!

The reception staff note 10, very kind, they helped us every time we needed it. I gave four stars because the rooms are very small and the breakfast was not very diverse, very limited and the same every day. the location is very good, 3 minutes from the big bazaar

The hotel is decent with decent service. Only thing that let me down was the restaurant closes for the rest of the day after breakfast so if you miss it, you have to go outside and eat out, which is not bad but sometimes a little bit inconvenient

Though the hotel is close to grand bazar, its very dangerous to stay there. Room service guys had stolen my AirPods pro. When we lodged a complaint to manager, he spoke in a harsh way supporting them. Rooms are also so small for couples to stay. Breakfast is not upto the mark. Above all these, both the manager and room service guys will try to stole the things.

Too expensive. We have paid 300 euros for 2 nights for a room with 4 beds, 2 adults 2 children. The reservation was made 2 months ago. Was third time when we stayed there and LAST ONE. 5 euros guarantee for second key card, 10 liras for a water and normal price is 3 lira. 300 euros for 2 days...are we in Antalya?
