Amethyst Hotel

We had very bad experince during our stay (19 to 24 / 09/2024) in this hotel, one of the night manager was extremely rude, he even threatened us to call the police.he made us pay a second room instead of adding the charge for the second person because by mistake the booking was 1 person, when trying to explain the situation he started to shout and ask rudely to get out of the hotel despite we paid for one room. Not professional at all.

Worst experience I had because I needed a receipt so I could get refund from my work and they didn’t provide, they said I could get with them on WhatsApp so I left and they always were always finding excuses until the day they said they were not giving me anything.
Plus the extra person on the website was 20€ but when my friend arrived there they said it was 50€ so I’m guessing they are a scam

I had a distasteful experience with the front desk guy with a hair transplant. The guy was very uncourteous despite his manager instructions. Dat guy isn’t qualified to be a front desk officer. He is arrogant ,defiant and racist in his approach. A no no for me. Initial experience with Emihaim wa ok but the guy is a repellant . Sad

Terrible experience at this hotel and made to feel unwelcome throughout the stay. Air conditioning was turned off and the staff refused to switch it on, and then moved us around three rooms that each has the same issue.

I can't speak about how the motel is operated today. Only from my past recent experience and privacy violation staying at this dump. But I can speak about the service when I recently spoke with the manager about the last situation/violation.

I'm glad you have cameras in the lobby. I am not accusing any members of management hiding video cameras in my room, only the bell boy and fat chef.

But when I recently attempted to speak with someone, the front desk translated what I was saying to the owner or manager. Said owner or manager started yelling at me, took a bat and hit me. I could have easily taken out of his hands and stuck it sideways but was stopped by a local, who helped me escape to safety.

This should all recently be recorded in the lobby. And street area.

Most of the staff is normal. But the rest is completely crooked and creepy, in my opinion.

Don't say that I was never a guest. I can give dates for everything.

If anyone decides to stay here. Check around the room for any hidden cameras.

I don't think management had anything to do with my situation. And I was lucky to have caught the creeps. But at the time, the shock as well as schedule made it impossible for me to get local law enforcement involved.

I want to warn potential female guests to be careful. Look under the tv cabinet. These guys were using a camcorder during my stay.

If anyone wants to SPEAK with me at the Amethyst I will not say no. But I will ask that no member of the staff bring any weapons.
