Apple Tree Hotel

Stay only 1 night. Room was dirty and not ready when we arrived. Air conditioner was broken and hot so we had to open the window all night long and we couldn't sleep because the sound of tram.

we originally booked this room for 20+ of us without realising that it used to be a hostel. the rooms are decent and the beds are nice. you can however hear the noise from inside and outside the rooms. the rooms however smell like poo and sewage (im not making this up). as it goes through the pipes the smell moves from room to room so its usually in a different place everyday unless you get unlucky in which case its with you your entire trip. im convinced it was the housekeeper taking a dump in a different persons room everyday.
the breakfast is very limited in options and often doesnt have enough of the good items e.g., sausages, pancakes. you eat on the terrace which is on the 4th floor, so extremely difficult to get up and down for those with mobility issues especially because there is no lift.
David (front desk) was extremely welcoming and very nice and friendly.
great location which is only a 8 minute walk from blue masjid and ayasofia masjid. but there are better hotels literally across the street which look nicer and are probably better to stay in
i was originally going to give this place around 2.5 stars because you pay a budget price for a budget hotel, but something that really annoyed me was that me and my family kept having to take cold showers. the young children that are only 5 or 6 years old were shivering. according to one staff member its because there is overload of the showers, but i later realised its because the owner turns off the hot water to save money. thats ridiculous!! would give zero stars for this if i could. imagine not being able to take a hot shower!!!

I am writing this review to bring to your attention several serious concerns we experienced during our recent stay at Apple tree hotel, which I believe need to be addressed immediately to ensure the comfort and safety of future guests.
First and foremost, we encountered a bed bug issue in our room. Unfortunately, both l and my children suffered bites, which not only disrupted our stay but also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene in the room. This is a matter that no guest should have to experience, and we are understandably distressed by it.
In addition, we encountered continuous problems with the Wi-Fi. Despite never having connection issues at other hotels, the Wi-Fi here was extremely unreliable. I reported this problem to the reception staff four times during our stay. While the reception team was courteous and understanding, there was no effective action taken to resolve the connectivity issue. It was disappointing that, despite repeated complaints, there was a lack of acknowledgment of the problem and no resolution.
I trust that these issues will be taken seriously, as they significantly impacted our stay. I would appreciate a response detailing the actions that will be taken to address the bed bug problem and the ongoing Wi-Fi issues, as these are essential to ensure other guests have a safe and comfortable experience.
The only positive thing is the reception staff is good and good location.

I was in their restorant for diner on the roof. ADANA SARK SOFRASI
Food was cold, meet cold , fries.....
And we paid some extra money for the bottle of water , what we didn't order and paid for service,.what it was not so good.
Very bad experience, is not recommended at all
