Best hotel ever in Istanbul! I accidentally left my passport, money, and other important things in a taxi, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get them back. He and his friends (tour guys in front of the hotel) tracked down the driver and stopped him from overcharging me. I honestly can't imagine what I would’ve done without their help 😭🙏 I owe them big time!! The receptionist wore glasses! I forgot to ask his name but he is very resourceful, but if you book this hotel and meet him, you’re in good hands 😊

Oh, and by the way, the room was super clean, comfy, and had this nice classic vibe. Complete amenities and comfortable bed. Also it is located in a very strategic place. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and extremely clean hotel in a magnificent location. The attention of Ahmed was a 10. He was resourceful, attentive, friendly, and fun. I was traveling alone and wasn't in good health at the time, but I felt accompanied and cared for at all times. I wasn't satisfied with the first room they assigned me (I'm a bit picky about noises), and they gave me a perfect room. For those who complain about bathroom odors: guys, the hotel is literally by the sea; there are no pipes near the sea that smell neutral anywhere in the world. The cleaning staff at this hotel is dedicated and professional like few others I've seen. And the views from the restaurant are top. Price is related also because the area which is the best in Istanbul.

The price/quality ratio is among the best in terms of hotels in this localization. You are in walking distance of every major attraction: Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Galata and Maiden Towers, every museum etc. The people in this hotel are super friendly and helpful and there was no problem with cleaning service. The breakfast options are diverse and tasty (moreover, later in a day you can buy tasty dinner in hotel rooftop restaurant). There is ton of shops and restaurants around the hotel, quick access to trams, buses and metro lines. In general - nice and problem-free experience.

Here and there you can spot some signs that the building itself is a little bit worn down, but judging by other building in the area - the condition is far better than the rest. The rooms are quite small, so i the lift (2 ppl with luggage max), but that's sth to be expected from the size of the building.

Good hotel, near to Sultanahmet station. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar are very close and evertyhing is walkable. I would recommend this place.

My stay was good there. Room was clean but there was a bad smell in room, although washroom was pretty cleaned. Window of my room was also broken and cold air get into the room in December winter.
Reception area was very small and was not well maintained

It is indeed a very nice hotel although small but comfortable and peaceful, No disturbance was there at all the view from the top is spectacular. The man at reception Mr. Shakir was an awesome personality. Food Quality was good. Most of the hotels don't care when you leave but they were very careful like your relatives to see off.
