The location is really good, very close to all the touristic places. The room was extremely small, the view wasn't good and the douche didn't work well.

The location is amazing but the staff made the experience even better. Very friendly and they made the stay very comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is great! small but VERY clean and also breakfast is also included and is very nice

family run hotel in the perfect location for seeing the main sights of Istanbul. It is just a few minutes walk from historic Mosques, the Topaki Palace and the Grand Bazaar.
Excellent transport links to see the rest of the city. Tram and Metro nearby.
The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. Fresh bread, cheese, cereal, pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juices.
However the best aspect of the hotel is the staff. The owner is a former wrestler who's trophies and medals are displayed in the reception/breakfast room.
Special mention must be made of the lovely young lady who serves breakfast. She is so kind and will tell you lots of information on Istanbul and is genuinely interested in what you've done and experienced in Istanbul.
I highly recommend the Arife Sultan Hotel.

Clean and comforable room, hotel based 5 / 10 minutes on foot from the main historical sites. Above all, very friendly and helpful hosts. I will definitely come back for a future stay in Istanbul. Thank you !

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is amazing especially Yasim, she was absolutely kind and friendly, she gave us a map and explained everything and always was willing to help us. I will definitely come back to these hotel, the location is perfect as well.

Hello Arife Sultan owners.i stayed last year at your hotel and by mistake took the key with me which i later realised on the day of my flight.i deposited that key at counter of The Flower Palace hotel...i also emailed you about this but found moral oblogation to reach out to you.plz collect from there.

First of the all their Internet is awful,we couldn't use the WiFi correctly,their room was too small,totally I don't suggest this hotel
