I recently stayed at Artisan MGallery, and I must say, the experience was quite pleasant. The highlight of my stay was the extremely accommodating staff who graciously allowed me to check in a full four hours early. This level of flexibility was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The hotel's ambiance was charming, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did notice that the service, while polite and helpful, was somewhat subpar compared to other hotels in the city. There were minor delays in room service and a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. Despite these small setbacks, my overall stay was comfortable, and I left with fond memories of the beautiful surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Excellent staff, clean, tidy and quiet. Reception and porters were extremely helpful. Excellent language skills and very knowledgeable. Really set us on the right foot to start our tour of Istanbul.

This hotel was a surprise for me. Service, location and cleanness. I think it made my trip enjoyable. The view from the top is perfect. Highly recommended for all singles and families.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The facilities are all really good. The room is nice and clean. I was in the Gym this morning and the staff there is so very kind and helpful of providing all services needed. Had a really pleasant stay. Thank you so much❤️

Room and bed was super comfy! Had one of my best sleep in this hotel room. Service was really good too. The staffs are all so friendly welcoming you with a smile. Location not too bad as well but bear in mind that you have to walk uphill and downhill to get in or out from the hotel. Also the restaurant at the highest floor, that was a shocked for us. On our first evening, we got in late thinking to have a chill evening dinner and then rest, but that restaurant turned out to be like a disco, they were blasting music so loud and people smoking in the restaurant. We just cant wait to leave that restaurant. That was a big disappointment when that restaurant could turn out to be really cool with the view.
Other than that, the whole stay was Great, would definitely come back!

The hotel left nothing to be desired, and as ALL member I got the service I expected. Great location too, between Taksim Square and the Beşiktaş district with its hundreds of shops and eateries. Overall very good value for money. Will stay here again.

Hi, we stayed at this amazing hotel for 7 days, the room was clean the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Berk who was always there when needed. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, I have to mention that it’s near to Taksim square , the supermarket ( șok ) is just the next building and the bus station few steps away.

I spent three nights at this great hotel.
The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable.
The restaurant and bar on the main floor is a nice place to grab a meal or a cocktail.
The breakfast buffet is wonderful.
This was my first time in Istanbul and it was a great place to stay.
Depending on traffic, approximately 25 minutes to Old Town Istanbul

I was blown away by the excellent service. We arrived a day early and very jet lagged. Berk at the front desk took excellent care of us. Deniz showed us around the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed.
