The worst hotel experience ever. When we first arrived there was a bald man at the reception who was so unwelcoming, rude and arrogant. The man who helped us bring our bags to the room badgered us into buying a sim card from him and we said no as we read the previous reviews of him trying to scam customers. The room was dim with only lamps as the main source, had to unplug anyways as there wasn’t enough outlets, room was small for a family room. The breakfast buffet was horrible, food was barely edible and waited 20mins for some fried eggs. We then went to a local cafe (Marmar and Faros) for the rest of our stay for breakfast, it was amazing service and food was great there I recommend. On our 3rd day we arrived to the hotel and my tennis bracelet went missing, I reported it to the reception as soon as he took a picture of the bracelet and said he would ask. The next morning I went to the reception and another man also took a picture of it, as if it wasn’t reported before. I went to the reception for the third time and the bald rude man said nothing was found “my word against yours”, did not even check or help me at all. I told him I reporting this to the police and that is only when he came to check the lock. Even then there was no update of who came into the room or any help/apology on their part. The only star i’m giving is for the south asian man who came to help us look for the bracelet, still wasn’t found but he was the only respectful staff there. Half of the facilities were not even available (gym and pool), absolute waste of money, I do not understand how this has been rated as a 4 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My mother had backache , special thanks to mrs. Farnaz who provide us a wheelchair . And also mr Ilhan who helped us a lot. Good location and good breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location! Only short walking distance to Taksim tunnel and Taksim square. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay in this is not your place. The rooms were too small, and looks different from the pictures I saw. However, the manger was super nice and very helpful. When we arrived he checked us in early, changed our room because we had issues and allow us to do late check out for free. We were upset about missing some chocolate that my kids got from the chocolate museum. However, the manager was so nice and handle it well. I highly recommend this place due to the nice and welcoming experience I received

A decent 3 star hotel, having a great location, walking distance from Taksin Square.
Within walking distance are good Restaurants, Stores & Shops.
Breakfast spread at the hotel was good, an attraction was the wide variety of breads.
The negative of this Hotel is that their Central ac is poorly maintained, and does not give proper cooling, be it in the rooms or dining hall.
Unfortunately, the Reception staff were in denial mode, so appears this problem may not be resolved.

Location is great, close to taksim square but a little too close. So close that loud music can be heard thumping into your room well into the early hours of the morning, on a Monday night. I was on the 7th floor, this height wasn’t enough to separate us from the noise.
Service was poor, at best. They knew we were 5 people (2 adults, 3 children), yet they only ever gave us 2 towels, and I had to ring everyday to get them to drop off extra towels. In addition to this, cleaning wasn’t consistent, at all, and I’d often find myself ringing reception multiple times to request a clean.
With regard to transfers to the hotel. We emailed and got some quotes, accepted the quotes but never received a confirmation, despite emailing multiple times weeks before our stay. It was lucky that we had a friend who checked in a day before us and was able to confirm this for us, otherwise we may have found ourselves stuck. Even then, the instructions for meeting our driver were not sent to us, they were sent to our friend, and were unclear, we were walking around the airport for a good hour before we were able to make any progress.
Don’t get me started on the gym. Wasn’t as described at all. The cable machine was broken, and they had some weights that went up to 12kg, that was pretty much it. It was a dark, un-air conditioned closet, unused and uncared for.
All in all, if you’re looking for a place to stay with family, I would avoid this place. Much better options in the local area.

The hotel and the service was amazing. Bilal made our stay even more amazing. I have to say all the staff and even the room service ladies always had a smile on there face my stay was a 10/10 location was really good as well

Ultra small rooms.. No services.. slow lift.. decent spread for breakfast.

Had a lot of room issues and had to switch. They did not respond to the harsh continuous "beep" noise very well and it took a lot to get it rectified. In fact, they didn't fix it because the tech was older, didn't speak English and couldn't hear anything; instead he spent time fixing the heating and cooling system, (not the lights thst were emitting the harsh frequency). and I had to change rooms They were very kind about keeping my bags for me. And breakfast was okay. So mixed bag. If you're okay with middle of the road, I think you can still find cheaper or better places (for the same price) in the area.
Oh also, there's a nightclub (?) / party venue / ?? that always flashes multi-colored lights at the frosted windows and loud bass and music plays all night, almost every night. It's right across the street with the windows facing the hotel, so...

It's a good hotel, walking distance from Taksim square and istiklal street. The breakfast options are not many, but they are trying their best to give you a good service. Specially Mr. Selçuk Yilmaz who was very welcoming, helpful and supportive, and made our experience much better.
However one of the biggest problems is the noise from the near by nightclubs and cafes till 3 am. The hotel is trying to change this, but they were not to solve this issue.

Very clean hotel and rooms that every day we had everything new fresh and clean.The room was a little small but it had the perfect view in town.The best and richest breakfast I had in other countries and hotels I would like to communicate in English.Congruts to AVANT GARDE
