Pros:
- polite and friendly staff, they try to satisfy requests (changed the room, turned on the heating, gave out cutlery);
- proximity to Topkapi and Hagia Sophia (but not walking distance to the tram);
- nice interior.
Cons:
- the rooms are quite small, even taking into account the fact that the room was in the "elegant" category (little storage space, especially if you have made a lot of purchases);
- poor sound insulation, everything that happens in the neighboring rooms is perfectly audible, also in the restaurant on the roof they start moving furniture around 6 am;
- meager and monotonous breakfast, starts at 7:30 (a bit late for those who get up early), and at 7:30 not all the dishes have been brought out yet;
- cleaning is not very high quality, although every day, a lot of dust, after cleaning, long hairs constantly appeared in the room, either from the maid, or brought from other rooms on the cleaning equipment; - far from the metro.
