I stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience. Hotel was lovely, location was great. The staff is what really made the trip special, they couldn't do enough to help you - advise on the neighborhood, where to go, booking trips, help with luggage, always offering Turkish tea. It was a real comfort being my first time in Turkey. Each morning there was a wonderful large buffet of fresh food. It is traditional Turkish breakfast and very different from US and Europe so I think that's why a lot of people in the comments aren't impressed. I would highly recommnd.

Really nice hotel at the heart of Istanbul. The receptionist was great and always happy to help. Breakfast was nice. They arranged airport transfer from and to the airport. I recommend this hotel for a good stay in Istanbul.

The hotel was good.
The problem was with the staff, they seemed lovely. We booked the transfer with them to the airport. The problem? They bring us to another airport!!! We had to pay 20€ more to bring us to the correct airport, we arrived 20minutes before the door closed (we had to pass airport controls and passport controls).
It was their mistake, we had sent our airport via whatsapp and write it at the reception, when we asked for the refund of 20€, the hotel didn't accept it.
The problem was with the staff, they seemed lovely. We booked the transfer with them to the airport. The problem? They bring us to another airport!!! We had to pay 20€ more to bring us to the correct airport, we arrived 20minutes before the door closed (we had to pass airport controls and passport controls).

Nice hotel!
The location is absolutely perfect. Room was OK, the breakfast was good (my only regrets were coffee and meat options). The stuff was very nice and helpful.

The location is excellent - near the most famous places and the transport (tram, metro and ferry are all on walkable distance). At the same time the hotel is on a quiet street. The room was nice, clean and with enough space. All was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helping. We will definitely book here again upon our next visit to Istanbul! 😊

I asked for a taxi because I had a lot of luggage, but he advised me that it would be expensive and called a taxi himself. Also, he did me too well by guiding the taxi driver directly to the destination.
Thanks to them, I was able to travel so comfortably, and I liked the Turkish people so much. 🇹🇷

This was bad experience, the one star was for I reserved it online and it was cheaper than walk-in, the front desk guy so rude and the owner always irritated. We asked for driver to take us 10 min from hotel location and he asked 50$ we paid and then we discovered that price to take you twice to the airport. He has no ethnics be aware of this kind of people in Istanbul. The places around the hotel are literally wants to steal your money anyway.

Although the location is great, there was no water for 3 days. There was no ax for 24 hrs. The managers should not be working in customer service or hospitality. Extremely, extremely rude people. They treat their guests so horribly, my mom was in disbelief that they treated her so poorly and disrespectfully several times over the near 30 day booking. We’ve never experienced this type of behavior at ANY hotel. Continuous attitude and no care or consideration for guests. Was it because my mom is not a white lady? Was it because my mom doesn’t speak English perfectly? Disgusting behavior from the staff, I would never recommend this hotel. Three of my aunts had the same complaints and so did my sister. Please fire your staff and hire some people who know how to be hospitable, polite, and understanding/kind.

Bad experience. I was moved to Aybar through another hotel where my original booking was apparently full. So the room I was given at Aybar was in the basement area with poor ventilation. The AC didn't work either so I didn't get any decent sleep.
The breakfast was good and the location was fantastic, hence the two star rating.
