Reviews
The staff were nice and friendly as well. I’d recommend this place!
The hotel is in a very good location
The cafe adjoining is great
The breakfast is ordinary
The lighting in the rooms was very dim
The bathroom had a lot of mould
Our room service tray was left outside our door for 24hrs.
The common areas needed a complete clean
The management at the front desk were not very friendly, we were owed a refund for one nights accommodation, they have constantly lied and ignored us. Thankfully after 12mths of waiting it was booking.com that refunded us the money.
While the hotel itself may be a bit older, it was well-maintained and had a charming atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the city, including the sea, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. We were incredibly lucky to have a room with such a breathtaking view. The terrace was a particularly lovely spot to enjoy breakfast, taking in the panoramic views of the city and the sea.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. In particular, I'd like to mention Beka (I hope I didn’t spell his name wrong), who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. His recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were invaluable.
The hotel's breakfast was a highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, vegetables, and other delicious choices, there was something to satisfy everyone. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the hotel's location and the quality of the food.
While traffic in Istanbul can be heavy, especially during peak hours, the hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to get around the city.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The combination of its convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and delicious breakfast make it a truly exceptional choice. We’d be more than happy to stay there if we visit Istanbul again.
Liked · I liked the location of the hotel! The Breakfast that is severed on the rooftop was very good! And the view astonishing! You can see the blue mosque, the ocean, the sunset and sunrise! Incredible.
Disliked · The staff at the reception was ok, not too friendly but not really rude. Apart from when we left, we were told we have enough money to pay for a taxi, so this should not be a problem for us... yeah, no, keep such comments to yourself! The bahtroom had a lot of mould on the silicon, that should be redone. The beds were absolutely ok but the electricity next to the bed should be checked!
All in all I can recommend this accommodation!
