Best location and value for money hotel in Istanbul, this hotel is only a couple of mins walk away from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, from the airport it takes approximately 45mins-1 hour depending on traffic. You have lots of restaurants around you. There were two of us, and the room was perfect for us, comfortable beds, air-conditioned, towels and bedding changed daily, breakfast was included which was perfect to start your day, the views from the rooftop restaurant are breathtaking, no pictures can do justice to what you actually see, all staff were absolutely brilliant, very attentive and were only to keen to help, this will be the only hotel I will book in Instanbul unless I win the Lottery where I might try The Mandarin Oreintal Bosphorus lol. Everything is close by and saves you money on getting taxis,

Fantastic hotel in the best location of Istanbul - Old Town. Everything is walking distance, including the mosks (and the Blue mosk), Archaeological museum, Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Egyptian bazaar, and Grand Bazaar, Hamam places etc. The hotel will help you to organise a water tour to Bosphorus.

The hotel itself is clean, the room was lovely. They have a nice rooftop restaurant.

The best luxury hotel, great price worth every penny✨️ I came here solo. The staff are so lovely, polite and helpful! I had delayed luggage was upset by this and receptionist communicated with the airline in turkish and helped me locate it (at airport lost & find) what an angel, went above at beyond :) breakfast choices is great & tasty with beautiful views !! Ask the receptionist staff for best places or activities you want to do !!
So many shops walking distance, bank, grand bazar, from also restaurants, shisha, drinks,Sophia & blue mosque etc. Will be back again Xx

Hotel is great to stay in. Service and staff are brilliant & always pleasant. No issues at all and cleaning team were great also. Omen at reception was always helpful as well as Oktay and Eege in the breakfast staff team who were great. Location of hotel is also ideal with all the major places to see within walking distance. And public transport is also close by so you never need to use taxis really. Rooms are also clean and kept well by the cleaning staff.

GOOD thinks are : Rooms are cleaned daily. Location OK if you like crowded grand bazar old city historical places. Staff friendly.
Bad : no normal hair fan in the room they have a few need to ask receptionist but not guaranteed you will have. No iron or laundry room need to ask receptionist… laundry service is available 500 TL per 1 kg of laundry which is relatively inexpensive. Breakfast included - very basic and bad. I am not a guy who needs 5 stars food but even for me was really bad. So i wouldn’t recommend it. 100s food places in very close distance where you can get a good food not too expensive.
GOOD - air conditioning inside the room and not too noisy. However to stay cool you need to set temp to 18 degrees. All historical places in close walking distance no taxi need it.

Attention: taxi driver in turkey are crooks and dont want to turn on taximeter. Make sure you ask then to do this. When you in grand bazar area taxis dont want to come there because of heavy traffic. Since they paid by kilometers it makes no sense for them to drive short distances. Also make sure tou negotiate price with cab driver before you go. Otherwise price will raise for 1.5 at least in a few min.

Great stay. Delayed flight, so I checked in at 04:30, no fuss. 6th floor room with a great view of the mosque. Late check out agreed and really appreciated. Really clean. Great views from the restaurant. Reasonably priced.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. It's so well located and surrounded by all the sights you need to see in Istanbul. Even though it's near all the main attractions it was still peaceful and quiet. The staff are all so welcoming. The manager and his team are there to advise, organize or answer any questions. The feel of this hotel is homely and our stay of four nights was a excellent experience. All in all would say a stay here if you're visiting Istanbul is a great choice.
Breakfast is your usual fare but enough options for everyone.
Views from the terrace restaurant are wonderful.
Restaurants and attractions are literally at your doorstep as are trams, taxis etc.
Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and housekeeping is well maintained.

A beautiful hotel with a perfect location for exploring historic Istanbul. The staff are so nice and speak good English. The view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful to watch the sunrise. The breakfast served is a nice spread and the staff in the restaurant are quick to clear the tables and refill the food. The rooms are very nice with great bathrooms. Some reviews say that it is noisy but it dies down at about midnight which is typical for a hotel in the heart of the city.
