A truly good hotel located ideally within the walking distance to any tourist attraction in the Old town of Istanbul (Sultanahmet); the staff of the hotel is extemely polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our room (104) was imeccably clean, had nicely sized bathroom with very good shower section; the room got two large windows and therefore got a lot of daylight. We asked for a late checkout and were allowed to stay in the room until 1pm and then were offered to wait in their air-conditioned waiting lounge, which is very wide, got plenty of sitting area and big TV screen.

Very friendly staff who go above and beyond. Extremely convenient location close to the major historical sites. Rooftop Turkish breakfast with a great view. Comfy room and bed.

I booked an airport transfer through the hotel for my wife, but the taxi company put her into the wrong car (which took her to the wrong hotel). No car description was provided to her, so she trusted the company rep who directed her to the car. So, instead of having a private ride, she had to ride with strangers, and then WALK with her suitcase to Tan. After all that, the front desk tried to charge her the full price for the ride, and kept pressuring her throughout the day... She was only in Istanbul for one day and her trip (which was a gift from me) was spoiled by worrying that they would demand money upon checkout and make her late for her plane if she doesn't pay... I cannot believe that a 4 star hotel would behave this way, and would make a tourist's experience miserable, due to no fault of her own...

hotel was small but nice, room were perfect of a couple. the location is superb, just walking distance from the grand bazaar and hagia sofia, also near the tram line. the receptionist moharam, was pleasant he gave us a nice corner room with great views. restaurants are just nearby. breakfast was ok, wish they more options to choose from, we spend 5 breakfast meal, never did once the lady at the breakfast room ask us for anything, but she was welcoming with other european guest. so far the hotel is good.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing both for views and food selection. I loved the local Turkish spin they put in the breakfast buffet offering.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, spacious enough, but fairly basic. However, the only thing I can pick on is the quality of the toiletries, which seemed quite low-end.
Staff was very helpful when needed, without being obnoxious or overly talkative.

Location is very great, you are in the middle of everything. All main attractions are walking distance like 3-5 min. However the room needed some maintenance and it’s kind of old, doesn’t really look like a 4 star hotel. Service was great, receptionist was helpful.

Stayed here for a family break. Lovely staff and perfect location. Comfortable stay and amazing breakfasts with sunrise views of blue mosque and Bosphorus.

The service was very good, rooms were clean but some of the facilities were quite old. Breakfasts are the same, the choice is quite poor. Overall, it's just a normal hotel, nothing special

Love this hotel. It is strategically located with accessibility to many historical places around Istanbul. The best part is breakfast at the rooftop terrace, which has a beautiful view of surrounding Istanbul. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly. Special mention to the counter officer, Alp, who was very cheerful and helpful. He gave us recommendations on where to eat, buying tickets online etc. Also to Zeynep who works during breakfast time at the rooftop terrace. She efficiently cleared the tables and made sure food was topped up for the guests. Kudos to all the friendly staff at the hotel. We had a great stay here.

Good hotel in a great location. The rooms are small but clean. Cleaning is carried out regularly, the hotel staff is always ready to help and tell you how best to get to any place, or where to have dinner.
