Good day! I liked the hotel for its location, very good staff, they speak Russian. We were there for three days, everything was fine, for the money we paid, I think it was the best choice. Breakfast was good, elevator, heat, shower, everything was there.

No response when contacted when needed even from Expedia.
Basically very unfriendly.
The biggest problem is hygiene.
The toilet was dirty so I took out the toilet brush to clean it, but the brush holder was full of shit and water.
The shower equipment was covered in rust and the water didn't flow well.
The fridge couldn't be connected to electricity.
The TV didn't have any content connections. There were no HDMI or other antenna connections. I talked to the hotel manager and it took 4 days for them to connect it.
The dirty curtains were barely hanging down, and it was a ghostly atmosphere.
I definitely don't recommend this place.

The staff were lovely. Central and safe. Excellent public transport links as well as walking distance to many sights, lots of restaurants inc smaller ones for pide and such.

I was travelling as a woman alone and felt very safe there and staff were thoughtful. Lots of Turkish tea. It was nice being able to relax outside in between activities.
The lift. It is helpful if disabled as well as convenient.
The breakfast was good though the hot food tends to run out so best to get there for 9:00 or earlier at if you want it. There are standard items, 3 cheeses and a cold meat, fruit and salad veg and 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, some are lighly spiced. The hot food is what changes daily.
The pricing is good. I would stay again.

The location is really close to main attractions, great breakfast, great beds and air conditioning.

Some front desk personnel were rude and dishonest at resolving our complaints. We move out 2 days prior to our check out date due to the a/c not working properly and the shower very slippery and dangerous for us to fall.

An older property with small rooms (and smaller bathrooms). It was two of us in a triple room but it was tight at times! We loved the location with it being walking distance from all the main tourist attractions and ferry terminals. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Fabulous little hotel
I enjoyed my stay here very much. Fun the outside it didn't look great but inside rooms were spacious and well decorated. Air conditioning was very good, staff delightful, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for all the main sights and 2 minutes from the marmaray for easy access to the Asian side.

The hotel was a dream, the room was really cute and the staff was very nice. Uncomplicated and friendly at the same time. I would gladly go back

Overall, I'd say it's fitting of a three star hotel. Excellent location since it's close to the main landmarks / train stations / harbour, but it's also of course a very crowded part of town which might be uncomfortable for some. The staff weren't the nicest but I think it was because of the communication barrier. It wasn't a big deal, if we needed something they were ready to help us. Every morning there is a good breakfast, and aside from being a bit smaller than expected the only significant issue I noticed was that there may have been bugs, so the hotel should look into that. Overall, I'd recommend this for younger couples and people travelling solo who want somewhere reasonable to stay and are travelling on a budget.
