Dedem Boutique Hotel

Where to start. The people who run this show need lessons in customer care and English. Booked 2 rooms. One had to be changed because the AC didn’t work. Both had peeling paintwork and mouldy showers. Also the pressure on the shower was non existent the toilet seat was loose and wobbly I didn’t have high hopes, but the management of the hotel made them even lower. Rooms were never cleaned, or sheets changed through my week long stay, even though we had to tell them to do so. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls.
Breakfast was just as bad. Very limited options. Well it would be if they had no oven. No juices or cooked food. No refilling. Nothing was ever hot. No hot water or milk at times. Even seating was limited. Constantly asking for things (through Google translate) that should be there was so annoying. Honestly, I’m suprised they’re still in business. But I guess you get what you pay for and we are in a cost of living crisis. Take my word, pay a little extra to sleep a lot better. The walls were so thin that I could hear snoring from the next room

DO NOT stay in this hotel. This place is the WORST:
1. There is no parking. You cant even reach the hotel with a car (street is frequently clesed)- they lie in the advertise
2. Wifi is bad
3. Elevator is stoping by itself and goes full dark !
4. Two of the 3 rooms we used were full of mold. One of them was total disaster- the shower was broken, one of the walls was literally falling from the mold and one of the windows couldnt close !!!
5. When we were having breakfast one employee told us to stand so other people can eat (not enough tables) super rude!
6. The only good thing is the location.
