Azade Hotel

It was our worst stay in Istanbul, I was deceived by the hotel reviews, which seem to be fake, therefore, I will list down all the issues we faced in this property :
1- We booked a deluxe room with 25 m2 space, but we did not get the same. The room was very small and we did not feel comfortable in such a tiny space. Although I contacted the property 2 weeks prior to my arrival and asked them if they can arrange a nice room because we have a special occasion, but my request was not considered.
2- The room was in the ground floor and has no privacy. People were sitting in front of our window to play cards. After 2 days they shifted us to similar room but in second floor. It made no difference.
3- No free welcoming water in the room, if you need water you have to buy from the room fridge for 1 Euro. No tissues in the in the room, only toilet paper.
4- The pillows, sheets and towels were really dirty. I contacted the reception to replace the pillows, but they said they don't have extra. I asked them at least to give me pillow cases so we can sleep then they gave.
5- Location is not good, very hard to get a taxi and very touristic place so everything around is very expensive.
6- Poor breakfast with same items everyday ( we stayed for 8 days ). Any plate that finish will not be renewed so it is like first come first serve.
7- AC sound was very loud, we had to switch it off so that we can sleep.

I contacted booking regarding this property and made a complain. they refunded me 60 Euros, but it made no difference because my vacation was already ruined.
