Very well located hotel in Istanbul,in front of Grand Bazar.
Elegant and warm atmosphere ,absolutely gorgeous, professional and extremely kind staff, exemplary cleanliness, varied and tasty breakfast.

We had a lovely time. This hotel us right by grand bazaar and Beyazit tram station.

Just checked out of the Balin hotel after 3 nights. Here’re the feedback.
Great location ( just in front of bayzet tram station)
Small room but very clean and well kept . No noise from the street
Good breakfast, though the spread is small
Most of all the reception and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. They can talk in English ( very important especially considering turkey isn’t a very English speaking country) and did everything to make us feel welcomed. They even took the pain of chasing our car to return a bag we forgot while check out. Thanks guys. Some names I remember are velit, maryam etc .

A nightmare. The rooms are very dirty and not isolated. We requested to talk with the manager but he didn’t even answer on the phone. Don’t recommand

This is my first time in Istanbul with my family. The Hotel is 5 min walk fron Grand mosque had such a great time in this hotel. Since I had an overnight flight I arrived at the hotel 8 in the morning the front desk help me to get my room as quicker as possible. Also invite us breakfast with my one year old baby by the Manager TUANNA get Special and amazing service with her crew throughout our stay for four days. Special thanks for MARIA who serve us on breakfast she is amazing human being my kids loves her the way she treats them. And i found out she is passionate on her job throughout our brief conversation. Overall thank you for your Great service.

We stayed here for more than a week, the Hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are very clean comfortable.
Nil, the hotel manager and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and will help you with anything you need during your visit.
The breakfast is included with our room, it was very delicious.
In terms of location, its very close to the Grand Bazar and Bayazit station.

As a minus, some rooms are still in the process of being renovated and the walls at the 4th floor lack phonic isolation. However, neat and pleasant rooms, very good positioning near all amenities, very accommodating staff and the manager is charming, professional and a good image for the hotel.
