“Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Hotel!”

An excellent stay with exceptional service!
The hotel was perfect with very polite staff and an ideal location, as everything was within walking distance. My three friends and I had an amazing time, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. A special thank you to Faruk 😊 for going above and beyond to assist us during our stay – it truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The beds were so hard that we struggled to sleep. If you have back issues please be conscious of this. In our room we had a bed consisting of two single beds pushed together but the blanket was not large enough to cover this so we couldn't actually use the whole bed, only the centre 70%. There were unfortunately no extra blankets available from reception to help with this and there were no extra pillows either.
We checked out early after two nights as the soreness in our backs grew too much. Fortunately the reception only charged us for the two nights instead of the intended five. I'm very appreciative of that.
The location is within walking distance but you need to walk up a steep hill to get to most of the sites nearby and the public transport. The hotel feels like it is in need of modernisation, but one always expects that for a hotel at this price point.

We stayed here 10 years ago and were disappointed on our return. I killed 2 roaches in our room. There was a hole in the ceiling where there had been a leak. The drain in the floor appeared to back up. That said the location was excellent and the staff was helpful.

Good quality per price ratio as we paid 22€pp/night.
Not the best place if you need silence during the night or if you want a classy Hotel. It's a honest 3stars accomodation near Soultanhamet at fair price. 5 stars becausa the reception guys are super friendly and ready to help for advice about the city

Good hotel for the price. Farouk is helpful at the front desk. Cleaned well. Next to many eating areas. 10-15 min walk from most major tourist attractions. Overall, good for a nice affordable stay in Istanbul

Stayed here for about a week. Hotel reception staff is good. Room was ok, we were only in it during evening time so the small room didn't bother us. You get complimentary water bottles which are topped up and new towels everyday. It's in an ok location, around 5 min walk from Sultan Ahmet but you have to climb 2 very steep hills which is very hard

Good Hotel with very helpful staff. Brother Farooq And brother Sayid are very kind and helpful with whatever you ask for. Definitely recommend them.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, the old town and many restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are a little dated but it's clean, it's a little noisy but to be expected as it's in such a central location. The hosts here were so helpful, they assisted with tours, taxis and even booking a ferry for us when it wouldn't accept our credit card. It was very reasonably priced and I'd definitely stay here again.
