Horrible Experience with Bed Bugs
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. We were bitten by bed bugs, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. We killed more than twenty bed bugs in our room. This level of cleanliness is appalling and shows a severe lack of care for guests' well-being. I strongly advise against staying here unless they take serious measures to address this issue. Avoid at all costs! Not to talk about how bad the breakfast was !!

STAY AWAY if you want to sleep and have good service!!!!
The rooms stink with cigarettes, the staff smoke in the hotel and they are all very rude!!!
I had to change hotels because it became impossible with their very noisy rooms and unprofessionalism!!!
There are three people who I was in contact:
The hotel’s boss: he never greets you or smiles. When I told him I will change the hotel he didnt suggest anything. He just doesn’t care and speaks practically no English.
Michael: I asked him to not talk very loud because I could hear everything he sais at the lobby and he yells starting at 7 AM. I also asked him if I could change the room because it was so noisy. He said yes, the next day, he didnt change my room. On the third day, I had to yell at him to change my room. Keep in mind that I stayed in this place over a week so I brought them good money and expect to be treated with a good room.
Berna: I told her my story about what happened with being charged more in the airport by her friend, Mustafa. She didnt do anything!!! As a woman, I thought she would care and help! I understand why she works in this horrible spot, because she is as horrible as Mustafa who lies to your face.
Hotel Bazaar is disgusting: people and rooms!!!

Caution!!! Please if you are traveling alone for whatever reason beware. I am warning you. I came to this hotel from the us for a dental procedure. I’m not sure who the man is that worked the front desk but he scammed me for sure. My bags were left at the airport since they never transferred with me on my flight. The next day I had to go to the airport to pick them up. The airport is an hour away. I asked him to call the taxi for me. He told me 600 Turkish dollars and then 800 when the taxi got there I questioned it his response, the economy here it’s not good so it’s more ( strange) but I paid. I refused to go back with that driver. So I took a different one. I took a different one sure enough not even 600.00 Turkish dollars. Although I got into an argument with this driver also. After I was robbed by a salon at a separate hotel people do not carry cash please I’m warning you.

Location is great as near grand bazaar but not a nice hotel . It's on the top of shops , breakfast with not many options, there was constant noise coming from outside.

I dont suggest this hotel for no one very rude and old angry receptionist he didin't let us check in with my wife beacause we didin't have marriage documents what we dont use in europe and he has even not the right to ask that because is against the law in turkiye. Thank god we didin't prepay the room so we left immediately.

Rooms are so dirty and tidy and the air-conditioning system is too old no oxygen to breathe staff and management behaviours really bad
I book and prepaid for a week so I need to stay, only one time at the last day they clean the room the lift system is so noisy and annoying while you are there
Don't worry about TV
