I highly recommend this hotel! I stayed with them for 6 days and I had a very nice experience. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Rami “the tall guy” from reception. He always helped me when I forgot my room keycard.
Also thank you Agit the nice manager for being so flexible with me when I wanted to change my room!

Good vibe, great location, near shihane tram , good access to local stores,

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The mattress was dirty and stained, while the towels were worn out and torn, indicating they should be replaced. The condition of the toilet was poor, with a broken shower and towel rack. Additionally, the sink had a crack and was unstable. Furthermore, the staff were uncooperative.

The rooms were clean and large enough for us. We had booked a total of 12 rooms. We were received very friendly, there was Turkish tea and the staff were always very helpful.

Best hotel to stay in, very convenient to all the sight-seeing places in Istanbul. Friendly and helpful receptionists and cleaners. I travelled with my family and enjoyed my entire time there. Highly recommend!

Staff was really and helpful, provided all the necessary information during the check-in.
The towels and bedsheets were clean. Room service does a really good job, cleaning is done every day.
Location is perfect for someone who wants to check out various touristic locations. There is a ferry and tram station nearby as well.
Breakfast is surprisingly good for a 3 star hotel. I expected a ready-made plate with bread, veggies and sweets. In reality there was a good selection of olives, veggies, fruits, baked goods and oatmeal. Plus you could always take seconds.
Room did not look anything like the picture. The biggest lie is the window. I chose it due to the natural light in the Booking photo, but in reality my window faced a wall and I had to always have my lights on.
The bathroom door was blocked by the bed. Luckily I was traveling alone, but if you come here with friends, one of you would have to leave the room all together when the other one is in the bathroom.
The kettle I got in the beginning was dirty and didn't work. After calling the reception, they brought a new one 40 minutes later.
Usually in such hotels you get a soft blankets, whilst I confused the blankets here with towels.

Stayed in this hotel for three days
There were two beds but only one blanket. We are total three peoples but only two towels. Bathroom was also not good as during shower water was coming out of the washing area. The toilet flush and washing tap was also not closing properly and was hearing the sound of water flowing and was wasted.
I requested for Pick and Drop off the Sabiha Göcken Airport but the transport arranged by hotel was almost 45 mins late and have to wait at airport (on street) for about 45 mins which is not totally not acceptable as I paid 100€ to them. I was being told that they will be 15 mins before I come out.
The reason the provided me was the traffic but driver told me there was something else and traffic was not the issue.
I figured out that later they mis managed something and just wanted to blame on the traffic situation.
Location is good but condition of the room was not good. Staff was OK (but at some point they were greedy). Breakfast was good.

Rooms are not cleaned properly, only surface cleaning. Most rooms have no view in This hotel.
Breakfast is below average,
Coffee is The worst; better have breakfast outside somewhere else👀.

The location of this accommodation is amazing as it is a 20 minute walk from all the main shopping experiences you are looking for.
But avoid room 205.
It is extremely tiny with an even tinier shower which looks like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
