I stayed in the hotel from 26 June to 2nd of July 24 and for a budget friendly fare of 35€ per night, the rooms are fairly neat and clean, shower and AC was working fine . Above all very friendly and English speaking staff made our stay super enjoyable. Big shout out to all staff! I’d definitely recommend it, and be happy to be a guest again!

We were *** pleased during the stay, from the welcome to the room show and the day of departure, we were *** welcomed well. It is located in the center of Taksim, close to the Galata Tower, you can easily reach everywhere. Thank you for everything.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location is very good. The guys were very nice. Thanks to Fuat Bey. The rooms are cleaned daily and the room I stayed in was spacious. The staff was friendly. Everything is available in the room. A hotel I can choose when I come again.

Friendly staff and good location. Unfortunately when we were shown our room, the sink wasn't working and we were told it would be fixed the following day. The next day it wasn't fixed and when we went to the reception about it we were given a smaller replacement room without further compensation.

I booked the best room (502) and the view is absolutely gorgeous!! The hotel is easy going but very well located, close to the subway and Galata Tower. Just crossing the bridge, you’re downtown!
Excellent service by the receptionists, always available and great people! I’d definitely recommend and coming back to the same place (and same room!!).

Service for hotel guests. Polite and willing to help and support. Great location close to the metro, trams and buses. Very clean and cozy. From room 502 there is a stunning view of the mosques, the city skyline and the Bosphorus. Unfortunately, there are no nice views from other hotel rooms - you can see other blocks and streets. We recommend room 502 on the top floor to everyone.

The employees were very indifferent.
We purchased a sea view room through the application. However, when we went, they gave us a room facing the wall. They didn't even care, saying sea view wasn't declared.
There are no glasses, water etc. in the room. There was nothing. When we called the reception and asked, they said we could go down from the 4th floor and get it from the carboy. There is a kettle in the room, but there was no coffee or tea you could drink. When we called, they said we could pick them up by going down 4 floors (there is no elevator).
The location is a bit opposite, but you can still walk to Galata and Şişhane in 5 minutes.
The cleaning was not bad, but the door of the room was broken and could not be closed by pulling it from the outside, you can pretend to open the lock with the key and close it that way.
In general, it was a terrible service and accommodation, you can definitely stay in much better hotels and with better facilities in terms of price performance. I recommend you not to choose it.

The location is great. You can easily reach Taksim and Galata. The bridge to the Old town and ferry station are within walking distance.
The staff are superb. They provided all the info, let me keep my bags before and after my stay. Their English is super good as well.
I booked a Standard room, but it was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a family room! It was clean, had everything I needed. Importantly for me, the room had plenty of natural light coming in.
I loved the decor on the walls and pillow, even though it might look a bit tacky in the photos.
I would like to say thanks for a comfortable blanket(had a bad experience in a similar level hotel) and the amount and size of the towels. I would give 10/10 just for them.
Check in and check out timings were same as stated.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at, The staffs went above and beyond to help you with anything you needed. I was in Turkey longer than I expected and they helped me with everything, clean room and hospitable staff. Recommended for any one who visited Istanbul.
