Bricks Hotel Istanbul

I’m giving Buick Hotel 1 star due to a highly disappointing experience. Despite checking in while unwell and needing to recover, I was placed in a smoker’s room. The smoke from neighboring rooms constantly seeps into mine, and despite making multiple complaints over my 7-day stay, nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

I even spoke to the manager, who promised to move me to a different room as soon as one became available. He also told me to come to the counter the next day at noon if nothing changed. When I did, I was told, once again, that no room was available. Meanwhile, my room continues to fill up with cigarette smoke, making my condition worse.

This is far from the 5-star experience the hotel claims to offer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

On a positive note, the cleaning lady has been fantastic. Despite a language barrier, she’s one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve met here. She deserves a role where she can interact with guests more because she’s the only bright spot in this otherwise disappointing stay.

Terrible hotel! terrible service! It's not 5 stars, it's worse than a motel. Dirty old hall like at the old train station! The staff can't do anything. There is not even coffee in the room, only 2 tea bags, and instead of spoons, two scuffed wooden sticks . The door handles are dirty, It’s looks like very old motel which has not been repaired for a million years (even the locks on the doors are loose). The windows are so thin that it seems that you are sitting right on the road. The noise of the cars is so strong that it is not possible to sleep.
What do they charge money for?!!!! A terrible old hotel with terrible service. Never come back .
