We spent 1 week there, it was fine, but some suggestions for the management to consider:
1. When passengers arrive there, they expect kind and nice way to welcome them, but someone who was on his shift was angry and really serious 😕
2. Turkey’s currency is Turkish lira and I can’t imagine why everything is in Euro in your hotel?! and the mini-bar in the room is really expensive! I preferred to go and buy outside more than 3,5 times cheaper!

Room was very nice. AC was nice and cold. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, had a great assortment of breads and cheeses along with the usual eggs, etc. Great omelet station.
Their lunch and dinner was so-so. The pictures on the menu look fantastic but when the food came out it didn't quite fit the bill.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

I have had the privilege of staying at the five-star Bricks Hotel on two separate occasions. The hotel's location is advantageous for business activities. However, due to its proximity to a continuously busy road, the views are not particularly appealing, and opening a window results in significant noise pollution.
The rooms are clean and spacious, and each room is equipped with a complimentary safe. The bathrooms are clean and modern, and room service is fast and reliable.
The reception staff is helpful and well-organized.
The breakfast buffet offers a variety of pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot food items such as eggs (fried, omelets, boiled, and scrambled), sausages, and chips.

It was nice experience for 2 nights staying in Bricks Hotel Istanbul. We came a bit late at night already but they still gave us complimentary birthday tiramisu. Really appreciate it. Room was clean and neatly arranged, quite big room for 4 of us. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Keep up the good works, we hope that next time it will be improved more and more.

Around 55 years old. Without him the hotel would not be so good.

First day i checked in, room was very dirty and with broken shower head. Room was on road side so it was so noisy. Also room was very cold, air conditioner did not help. After my complaint they changed room to another one, more quiet and clean, but also leaves much to be desired. Two times at night the light turned on by itself. Breakfast menu is too poor. The entrance group does not look attractive. I will not recommend this hotel anyone

Terrible hotel! terrible service! It's not 5 stars, it's worse than a motel. Dirty old hall like at the old train station! The staff can't do anything. There is not even coffee in the room, only 2 tea bags, and instead of spoons, two scuffed wooden sticks . The door handles are dirty, It’s looks like very old motel which has not been repaired for a million years (even the locks on the doors are loose). The windows are so thin that it seems that you are sitting right on the road. The noise of the cars is so strong that it is not possible to sleep.
What do they charge money for?!!!! A terrible old hotel with terrible service. Never come back .

This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
I’ve ordered the room with one Queen bed, but got twin room.
The table was so dirty that I was afraid to put my laptop on it
Dust hung from the grate of the air conditioner and the "clean the filter" light was on
There was no bathrobe or dental kit in my room. In my parents’ room was only one bathrobe and dental cleaning kit
And the biggest mistake was to touch the toilet brush. It feels like it’s age is greater than the age of the hotel, not to mention the cleanliness
It was an awfull night. I’ll never ever stay here again.

I called the reception twice asking for help and they didn't come. I got to go down there to get the help.... they lie a always. I didn't like this at all, it was a waste of money.
