It's the worst hotel we have ever been to. The hotel is filthy and filled with bugs and insects. we checked in on june 9th to a disgusting room filled with bugs. My partner had to be rushed to the ER after being bitten. The hotel refused to refund us and marked us as a no- show after we left because of what happened. Worst customer service and worst service. We tried contacting them multiple time to request the manager who is never available and they ended up blocking us. Don't go there. It's disastrous!!

Perfect location in the heart of city center and surprisingly it was also peaceful in the night. The hotel has a splendid sea view from its roof bar. The hotel staff was very helpful. This was our first visit to this hotel and we will come again later.

Customer Service was amazing & location is in the heart of the city , walkable distance to most tourist attractions. There are lot of food options around the area. The rooms in the hotel were quite small but cozy especially the roof top ambiance at night & daytime - spectacular views ! Breakfast is great and we enjoyed the hospitality of staff . Would like to appreciate and thank front desk staff Devlet for his great customer service & kindness.

It was my first time which I have been visited Istanbul. The young man in the reception welcomed me very well. They gave me many recommendations about historical places and places to eat and the drink in the area. I have booked a standard deluxe room and the room was over my expectation. Personally i always give attention if the room is clean. And yes it was very clean and modern. Breakfast was free of charge and served on gorgeous terrace with sea views. It was enjoyable to spend nice times on the roof. Definitely I will come back again. Many thanks. 😊😊

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. The hotel completely fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. First and foremost, the breakfast was absolutely terrible – poorly prepared and lacking variety or quality. It’s shocking that they even call it breakfast. The hotel itself is incredibly small. It’s not a hotel or even a proper boutique hotel; it feels more like a poorly managed serviced apartment. The staff were unbelievably aggressive and unhelpful. Their rude and unprofessional behavior made an already unpleasant experience much worse. If you have a car, avoid this place at all costs. The location is a nightmare to reach, with poor access and no proper parking options. On top of everything, the hotel doesn’t have enough staff to serve its clients properly. Basic services are either delayed or completely neglected, making it clear that they are not equipped to handle guest needs. And finally, the price is outrageously high for what is offered. There is absolutely no logic in charging such rates for a place that doesn’t even provide the basics of a decent stay. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the money, time, or stress.

Great hotel with a super location, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Only 5 mins to the T1 tram line which was really handy. The views from the roof top terrace and the bedroom are stunning. From the airport cost £2 by metro, M11 line to Gayretteppe then M2 line to Vezneciler and then a 15 min walk. Staff very friendly, except the cleaner! Chairs on the roof top terrace make quite a noise if you are staying on the floor below. Surrounding area really interesting, full of culture.

Initially part of the group including me had a bad experience here in the sense that we got a room that did not have fully functioning AC. Also the room was near the street and if you opened the window it would get loud and even hotter...
After lots of visits at the reception and the receptionist calling his boss all the time while he tried and tried to convince us that the AC worked.. although it was clearly NOT working normally - maybe at 5%.... worst than a simple fan... we finally got our room changed with one with a working AC...
Other than this the experience was great - the hotel is place in the lower part of a valley - if you climb that street like 5 blocks up you will find yourself near the bazar.
Also you cand find lots of restaurants nearby.
The hotel's top feature is the terrace at the top. Too bad we kind of missed most breakfasts since our transport was leaving at 8 while the breakfast was not ready by that time...

Cozy and very nice decorated hotel. Everything was fine. Breakfast was great on the terrace with a wonderful view. Location was very good. Our room was really good cleaned. Our check-in and check out were perfectly smoothly. Thank you🖐️🖐️🖐️❤️

The hotel was in a great location and had lovely views from the rooftop terrace. The staff were absolutely amazing and did so much to make our stay memorable. From the reception to the breakfast staff. Fabulous service and location. Recommend

The hotel is magnificent with a sea view, the staff are very kind and helpful, they make you feel so comfortable, you feel at home.
