Small boutique hotel with great location.

Walking distance to local amenities, restaurants, tourist attractions, trams/metro, Hagia Sophia (7-10min), Topkapi Palace (13mins), and Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) (6-9min).

Good location and ideal if you just want to come back for a place to sleep.

Great view of the Istanbul skyline from the rooftop terrace.

Traditional Turkish breakfast served with continental options.

Room had fridge and A/C. Hot shower!

No room kettle.

2 x 2pin plug only.

Small rooms.

I stayed here 7 years ago. It's hardly changed. It's an ok hotel. While the WiFi is fine the broadband is a little "narrow*. Breakfast is good & you get great views from their restaurant. It's biggest benefit is it's location. The Hagia Sofia & The Blue Mosque are close by (5 minute walk) & you can see them while having breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The rooms are tiny and so dark, only lit up by a lamp. The staff, especially the manager are so incredibly rude it made me want to leave the hotel on the first day. They don’t even say hello to you or greet you in anyway, if you go and complain about something they won’t even look at you and just roll their eyes. When we told the manager the service is bad he said “why? We are not hitting you”. That has to be the most ridiculous response I have ever heard from a hotel. I had to change rooms the first day because the shower door and toilet were broken, the manager did not even send someone to help us move our luggage and we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast is absurdly bad and it’s the same thing every single day. This place makes motels and Holiday Inn’s look like a 5 star hotel. Do not even bother trying to stay here as it will definitely ruin your trip.

The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets were not clean, which immediately set a disappointing tone for our visit. Upon entering the room, it looked as if it had already been used, leaving us with a sense of discomfort. The lobby area was equally disappointing; it was dusty and dirty, which gave the impression of poor maintenance throughout the hotel. The room itself had an unsettling smell resembling septic or sewage. To make matters worse, the hotel was surprisingly expensive for the subpar experience it offered. The staff did little to improve our experience as they were unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. Moreover, the room had issues with lighting, and the windows could not be opened, leaving the room in darkness. The elevator was tiny, accommodating only two people with luggage at a time, which caused unnecessary delays. One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of Wi-Fi, which is essential for modern travelers. In summary, I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. The combination of smelly rooms, unclean sheets, poor room condition, high prices, unfriendly staff, faulty facilities, and the absence of Wi-Fi makes it one of the worst hotel experiences I've encountered.

The hotel has a cosy lobby area and the view from our balcony was stunning, located within a great area of Istanbul.
There should be no reason not to come back.

However, considering the price, which was not cheap, and the 4 star rating, I am surprised by the standard of the rooms. Very small with barely adequate bedding, malfunctioning air con and a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The amenities were also very basic. The staff are not friendly in the slightest. I don’t normally do reviews of places and certainly not unfavourable ones but i wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the absolute basics they have neglected.

Very good hotel in the city centre. Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque, all within 5 minutes walk.
The breakfast on the terrace in the morning is a wonderful good morning.

Super location - city centre. Close to the sights, main street and public transport. Beautiful view from the restaurant (terrace). Rooms small but nicely decorated, cozy and mostly clean (even under the bed). What kind of limping are breakfast - no great selection of don't wait and it may happen that some of the plates on the table already by the end of breakfast full. This lack of offset the price for the room.

WATCH OUT! NO-WIFI or at least descent wifi in your room. The one they offered is on a unsecurecured network...still no internet connection If you're traveling and you're using an un-secured network with no wifi password, this could lead to your personal information and security at risk.
Standard rooms are rather small and difficult for 2 people to move around within. They didn't offer to change room and my current balcony is a basement feel balcony.

I wasn't impressed with the rooms, customer service or food.
