Language Barrier: None of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult and frustrating.
Room Issues: Our room was on the 5th floor and the air conditioning was not working, making it very uncomfortable.
Breakfast: The breakfast, served from 7 to 10:30, was very basic and lacked variety.
View: I posted a picture of the view from our room, which was disappointing and far from what was promised.
Overall, my experience was quite underwhelming
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were of excellent quality. I also loved the beautiful view of the city from my room, which made my stay even more memorable.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Taksim, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the vibrant streets of Istanbul.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, my time at The Central Hotel Taksim exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
However, pack your own iron.
They only have a few irons for the whole hotel. If someone else has them, you are SOL! I was not able to get one for 2 days. Any, one of the morning staff simply not friendly at all ☹️
