CHER HOTEL&SPA Istanbul Beyoglu

Unfortunately, this hotel only deserves 3 stars; any higher ratings are definitely fake. There were many problems, and nobody seemed to care. The hot water for showers was unreliable, and there were no slippers, toothbrush, or toothpaste provided. The refrigerator was empty, the safe box was damaged, and there was a lot of noise pollution at night. If you want to waste your money, book this hotel

very shocking that the worst experience i got from a hotel is from one in Istanbul.
1- we booked suite rooms but one was bigger than the other, one of them got better qualities and services like refilling bathroom necessities, having better hair drier, wider space, while the other room barely had space for a praying mat and three luggages two medium size and one small (2 ppl will stay in this room)
2- the view from the windows its for the neighboring building regardless that its an ugly view my issue was the windows weren't reflective, people can easily see us without hijab or while changing so we kept the curtains closed the whole 3 days we stayed
3- the bomb was the keblah direction, we relied on the written direction in the rooms which was was pointing to the east, after two days we discovered the keblah was actually west
4- also what kind of cleaners that know that the bathroom doesn't have floor sink and still let the water leak to the room's wooden floor
5- finally the breakfast is tasteless and cheap at the very least if you're going to use instant coffee powder choose one that actually tastes good

note: the employees are not to blame they're actually nice and tried to help

Worst hotel ever got robbed by the cleaner and they didn't want to show me the cameras to see who took them and they said I must be mistaken, which I know what I had in my room. So they tried to show that their cleaners r not robberies.
Dont recommend it at all

Bad service, rude receptionists.
Asking for extra cost of 50 euros per night per room even the room has twin beds.
Reservation was done for 1 room not mentionings guests no.
They are counting the water bottles of 500 ml as max 2 per room per day.
Good part they are offering free shuttle servise to Taksim Square.
