The service, quality and comfort were top notch, this will be my first choice every time I come to Istanbul. I was very pleased with the interest of sports facilities and teachers.

All employees are smiling. Our room was spotless. Although I stayed there for 3 days, I also went to the gym. This is definitely the place I would prefer for a gym unless I live far away. There is no harvest energy in any hall

I was amazed by both the location and service in the heart of Istanbul. Wonderful hotel. I was overwhelmed again when I went to the gym to work out. This is a huge facility that has been signed and managed by a renowned brand. I also thank the General Manager Mr. Yucel for his smiling face and interest. If I could, I would extend my three-day business trip.

I head a such lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were always super nice and friendly non stop, they were always there providing everything I needed. A special thanks to Eda in the breakfast area, she was awesome and always very polite!

most of the staff are good but the guys in the front desk he is very very rude. the one with earrings in his ear. he thought we dont know turkish. he was saying bad words to us. we just asked him about privet bus to istanbul airport .

Staff were super friendly and helpful even with the most unrelatable questions. Hotel was generally clean and fun to be in. The small garden kind of thing it has is also very nice to be around although it sometimes smells like cigarets even when no one is smoking around. My safe and items were safe with the staff around. TV misbehaved a lot tho, when we opened it for the first time we realized the screen was broken and then they switched it in an hour. But the second TV acted like a ghost at midnight and turned itself on and off so we unplugged it.
The location is extremely good, just a few steps to a metro station. For navigation plans, use Google maps to plan your route even to the most simingly unreachable parts of the city, the staff could help too. The room we were in was in 3rd floor and at the corner window side of the hotel and we had a poor internet reachability. The speed and stability was good but seems like we were far from the router. The breakfast was great and staff always wore masks. Overall a good hotel.

a very nice hotel to stay in, friendly atmosphere, energetic people, social activity, sports, food, spa, hammam, entertainment, etc. All kinds of transportation, the heart of Istanbul, is 5 minutes. I advise.

Modern and clean but could be better. Closet door didn't close properly either in our room. But overall I wouldn't mind staying there again. Also close to mall and on the street stores.
