Great hotel with professional staff especially the lady on the reception Aisha. when we asked for upgrade to our room she was so helpful. Mr. Mustafa as well was so cooperative. All other staff are excellent. We stayed for 8 nights and it was an excellent choice. The breakfast is tasty and they have different choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

No one assisted us to take our luggage to our room or welcome us. Neither was there anyone during check out to help us to our vehicle. Rooms were fine however very poor customer service. The Concierge is too busy to assist customer needs.

Housekeeper Historia did her job so nicely that you cannot find any mistakes. Her work was the best we have seen after staying at many hotels. She was very polite also and ready to help.

Great venue with a lot of amenities and very nice staff. I, personally wasn't crazy about the restaurant cuisine but others may love it. The management is great, just watch out for the concierge service. If you're looking to take a tour, they can hook you up with anything you want to see. Be mindful, however, that they're hooked up with all the local businesses. They'll have your driver drop you off in a centre where their friends have shops over there and they're waiting for you. The shopkeepers are going to lure you inside to sell you everything they have. It's just the way of life over there.

I don't know how this is a 5-star hotel; the rooms are not clean (especially the bathrooms). The water in the pool is too cold and filled with chlorine..
Most of the staff aren't friendly..
Service is too slow when you call the reception..
The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best.
The only thing good about this hotel is its location (a 10-minute walk from Taksim Square)

I stayed in this hotel for almost 7 days and I was very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast was very complete and some items were changed daily, it has a very good access to Taksim, it is a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, Osman Bay, and the nearest bus station is Harbiye Askeri. Muze is about 6 minutes walk.
In general, everything in this hotel is great, but because it is located on a street that has an uphill slope, it may not be suitable for the elderly or people with back pain.

A Wonderful Stay: Comfortable and Excellent Service
Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The hotel offers a comfortable stay, and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, which added to the overall positive experience. This is definitely a place we would visit again.

A nice hotel to stay if you want to be close to center of Istanbul but still avoid the bustle of Taksim. Rooms are spacious but need urgent refurbishment. Carpets are old and worn out.
Breakfast is excellent and very generous except for all bakery items which always lack freshness. Great staff and great service. Overall good value for money

The window in the room is just a wall. However, I did like the window shutter. The service was a bit nice. The staff came with us to escort us to the room. I like the jakuzzi in the spa Istanbul. In the pool, and in your room bath tub. 4 stars for this one.
