The hotel is okay. It has a nice location, a nice terrace view, and it is clean. However, the internet was bad and always disconnected. The breakfast was average, but the problem is that it is only available from 7 to 10 AM, and you cannot eat after 10.
My relatives wanted to book a room with us for one night, but the hotel charged them $100 for one bedroom for one night. They found it expensive, so they chose to stay in my room and paid $50 to stay in my room. However, the hotel did not provide an extra bed, blanket, or pillow, so it was unclear why they had to pay the extra $50.
The shampoo and shower gel were bad quality.
I did not like that the hotel did not provide water or tea in the room. I had to buy water from outside every day.

We just had a very good couple Turkish spa and massage experience in this hotel. The two ladies are very good and we truly enjoyed the experience. We will come back for sure.

Room cleaning kept banging the door entire morning waking me up even though I opened it the first time saying we don't need room service.
Didn't manage to connect to Wi-Fi, but might be my fault.
Breakfast was very so-so, nothing to choose from really.
Swimming pool is free, but they force you to wear a swimming hat, which they conveniently try to sell you for 100 lira
Otherwise room was good, you can set AC as cold as you want and everything worked as it should

it has good location, it’s directly facing the tramway station which is great
the staff were polite, and helpful.
the breakfast wasnt that good, but typically for 3 stars hotel, and the view from the terrace is amazing and breathtaking.
the wifi was very bad but its okay we had a good stay.

The hotel was clean and the room looked decent when we arrived. Also, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to most of he city. The impression was soon ruined by a dropping air condition that would just start dripping again as soon as they claimed to have fixed it. Sleeping in such an environment isn't exactly easy. Also, breakfast was pretty bad as there was only a selection of sweets with no healthy alternatives.

The room is not 4 stars clean, dust on the lamps are seen very easily and in bathroom.
The personel was nice and the total service was ok.
The location of the hotel is close to Grand Bazar which is perfect if you are interested to visit it or to do shopping.

I don’t recommend this hotel it is dirty no air conditioning working the view of the room really awful food is so limited I would rather spend a little more and stay in better hotels.

Rooms are not super clean. Mirror was broken and a little bit dirty. Weird Bath layout but ok. Dirty windows. Good location. Good Service. Many activities inside the hotel. Good food. Great view in the Restaurant.

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but there are a few things that could make it better. First of all is the spa area, Haman is nice but the steam bath wasn't working and the sauna was more of a warm room where people hung their clothes to dry. The stuff who worked in the area was to be found in the Haman bathing and not really working. The pool was to cold for swimming and the pool beds looked nice but they are damaged and I hurt myself as I not saw that their was I piece of I don't know wood or something sticking out. But if you searching a hotel close to the city center with public transport near by I can definitely recommend this hotel

Absolutely zero stars!
Extremely rude service for our 2 nights of stay, specially by the manager or whoever was on the desk.
He tried to scam us for 6 year old kids and charge 150 euros, after I refused he said 100 euros. Then I ended up booking a separate room for kids as it was only $87…. Otherwise.
Horrible experience at the pool, the guy was so rude to the kids. They had no customers and he kept making furious faces as if they are unwelcomed or came without paying…. For 3 rooms! Mind you we had booked 3 rooms with them for 2 nights.
Breakfast staff was incredibly rude, while everyone was taking full on breakfast in their room he refused that I even take a cup of tea….. I had kids sleeping in another room.
Only nice person were the staff they helped getting our luggage after 2+ hour wait time.
The manager must be given zero star , he refused to give passports and said u can get it later,. Which obviously I wouldn’t leave my passports with an insanely rude guy… all he had to do was make photocopies but he made such a big deal.
Never ever ever again & rooms were spacious but super dirty. Sofa was soooooo filthy I didn’t even Wana sit on it. Fan was broken and AC and they put heat sooooo high for us Canadians that it was disgustingly hot….
