If you are looking for good night sleep then this hotel is not for you,. Ac doesn't work. They pretend to help but I guess it is all a matter of cost cutting. Technician comes tries to help but temperature of room remains 25 degree. Reception tries to help but of no use.
So if you are looking for good hotel then this one is not for you.

Orhan, Best personal in this hotel. Best service ever. I really recommend it, very smooth and fast. All kind of food at breakfast

The rooms are so small with the least facilities (only soap and shampoo without toothbrush or tooth paste or shower cap), good breakfast with varieties of salads and cheeses, the personnel are helpful and polite, the view of restaurant is so nice, the location is also good and quiet close to metro station. Generally it is fine.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Delta Hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Istanbul. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with a few ups and downs.

When we first checked in, the room we received was extremely small — just about the size of the bed itself. The bathroom was of a regular size, but the sliding door design left around 2–3 cm of open space all around, which didn’t offer much privacy. There were no pillowcases, which struck me as odd, and the cleanliness wasn't impressive. The TV was really small, and I didn’t even bother turning it on.

We initially overlooked these issues since we had paid a very good price, and we didn’t want to complain. However, during the night, a loud noise — probably an outdoor fan — was constantly audible. We originally assumed it was just ventilation noise, but it became very disturbing at night, so we decided to talk to the staff the next day.

The hotel staff was incredibly understanding and offered us a new room, which was slightly larger and had a better view. The bathroom door was still the same type (with a small gap), and the TV was still tiny, but the room was much quieter and overall more comfortable. That made a big difference.

One major plus is the easy access to public transportation in the area. We took the HVL-1 shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and from the stop, it was just a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of bus stations, metro lines, and even the Marmaray nearby. On our way back, we used the M11 line to the airport — you do need to transfer to reach it, but the connection is close, and it’s a huge advantage: 30 minutes to the airport, no traffic at all.

Now, the breakfast — absolutely amazing! I personally love the Turkish breakfast style, and this one was very diverse and flavorful. The coffee was excellent too — a big plus for morning coffee lovers.

Once again, the staff deserves a solid 10/10. Although their English was limited (luckily, my girlfriend speaks Turkish), they were always helpful — changing towels when needed and even offering us a late check-out at 2 PM instead of 12, as our flight was in the evening.

In conclusion, despite some small inconveniences, the staff really knew how to make us feel welcome and comfortable. For the price we paid, it was definitely a good stay.

The hotel is located near the main attractions. There is a tram T1 near the hotel, which takes you to the center. There are many shops and currency exchange offices near the hotel. The hotel is small, good, tasty good breakfasts, they clean the room every day, and also leave a large bottle of water. The room is clean, the hotel staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help. There is Russian-speaking staff

I stayed in this hotel. The rooms are very small, two people fit in the elevator, and the elevator is constantly rocking. The carpets in the rooms have not been washed for a long time and are very dirty, the dressers next to the bed as well, you can't close the bathroom door because of the enema, the tiles in the bathroom are full of mold, the wallpaper on the walls of the room is peeling. The restaurant is located on the seventh floor and from 7 in the morning you cannot sleep because of the noise caused by the chairs and tables being dragged across the floor. Towels are changed every day, but the rooms are not cleaned at all and are very dirty. I do not recommend the hotel for a longer stay than two nights.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at the Delta Hotel. The entire team was exceptionally hospitable and attentive, catering to our needs both within the hotel and offering helpful directions for exploring the city. A special mention to Mr. Orhan and Mr. Abdollah who ensured that we were always well taken care of.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured very comfortable bedding. Housekeeping was thorough, with fresh towels and linens provided daily.

The hotel’s location is ideal, with excellent connectivity to public transportation, which runs very efficiently. It’s just two stops away from the Grand Bazaar, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing.

Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, expertly managed by Mr. Hashim. The spread offered a wide variety of flavors, from hearty soups to fresh ingredients and quality dairy products. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.

The hotel also offers numerous facilities that make it ideal for both short and extended stays. With fair rates and exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at Delta Hotel.

Decent hotel. Really good location close to both metro, tram and train station. Helpful at organising our tour to the princes islands. No complaints, water shortage one evening didn’t affect us much. Rooms aren’t soundproof had kids running about above us which was frustrating.

I booked a triple room for 4 days. The room was descent. The breakfast was was nice with a variety of options provided. The reception had 24 hour service and a special thanks to Mr.Volkan who was able to communicate with us in English, which helped a lot. And specially they had a room where you could even leave your bulky luggage after check-out for a few hours.
It helped us a lot.
Overall, it was worth the price.

At the Delta Hotel in Istanbul, I stayed from May 25, 2024, to June 1, 2024, with a group of friends in a triple room. When we entered, we were met with an unpleasant smell and an unventilated room. The bedding was clean, but the floor was not vacuumed at all. We found a candy wrapper and remnants of trash from previous guests on the couch. So, cleanliness gets zero points. It has very good access to public transport, with a tram and bus station nearby. Breakfast is decent; the first morning it was okay for the price we paid, but by the second morning, all the leftovers from the previous day were served with very little change, and the food was not always fresh. We could somehow tolerate all this, but on the day of our departure, the receptionist wrote a review in my name after taking my phone and saying he would help me. I didn't need help, as I know how to write a review myself. The review read: "The hotel location was amazing you can go to old city with public transport thanks to a lot to Mr Volkan he is very helpfully and Abdullah superman good man." I don't agree with this because I don't even know who these people are. Besides, reviews are for guests to rate the hotel's service, not for the hotel to rate itself. All the good reviews for this hotel likely came about in the same or a similar manner.

I would not recommend this hotel for the reasons mentioned, the only good thing is its accessibility to public transport.
