I stayed here for almost a week.
The hotel is welcoming and makes you feel at home. All the staff are friendly and take great care to make sure your stay is good and that you don't miss anything. The rooms are always clean and they always leave water, coffee and tea.
I liked it and will definitely come back!

Absolutely Frustrating Experience — Not Suited for International Travelers
They truly do not make hotels more useless than this one. I booked a one-night stay for my elderly father who had a layover in Istanbul, and the experience was a disaster from the start. My first red flag was the complete lack of communication — no responses to emails or WhatsApp messages when I tried to confirm his booking and arrange airport transportation.
I finally got someone on the phone the day before his scheduled arrival and sent over his flight itinerary. The language barrier was another major issue — my father does not speak Turkish, and there was no one at the hotel who spoke English. We had to rely on translation apps via WhatsApp just to get basic information across.
The worst part came on his departure. The hotel arranged transport but sent him to the wrong airport, causing him to miss his flight. They took no responsibility for the error and offered no help in rebooking. We were left to deal with the fallout entirely on our own.
This hotel is completely unprepared to accommodate international guests. Dealing with them was frustrating and stressful — an experience I would not wish on anyone. Avoid at all costs if you expect even the most basic level of service or accountability.

From the moment I arrived at DEM Premium Hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The check-in was smooth, and I was welcomed with genuine smiles that instantly made me feel at home.

We only stayed for an overnight layover, but we still had a great experience. Got in late and paid the 20 Euros for the pickup from the airport. They sent clear instructions through WhatsApp. Americans, don't be suspicious of them asking for your info to coordinate your stay. The drivers and reception were all polite and very helpful. If you stay here, the restaurant right next door is incredible (Durumcu Mahmut Usta) and open late. You're not very near the city itself, but this hotel has great access to the airport.

Best service in the Area, they treated me with respect And made me feel welcome in their home. They have amazing workers especially Suleyman Abi who was magnificent in problem solving and making my trip awesome

An amazing Quality/Price ratio ! The personnel is very very nice 👌 they answered to all of our requests very kindly and nicely. Slimane helped us a lot as well, from the checkin, to advicing us on touristic topics and stuff. Big big thanks

The hotel room was clean, a bit small and old, the bed is small too, but it suited the price. The location is far from the city. Non metro or tram in the neighborhood. For me was fine because I came for the hospital and that was not far from this hotel. It's important to note that this hotel can not rated as four stars but rather two or, at most, three stars.
The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Many thanks for them. At all I was happy to stay 2 nights at this hotel.
