Destinia Pera Suites

- The published rate is 600 tl but they charge 1000 tl. (15 $ extra)
- Room is small and very cold, they keep the heater off in December although I told them I feel very cold.
- You can hear the noise from the street and near by restaurants and the can see you clearly from the window if curtains are opened
- I had to ask for TV & AC remote control
- AC doesn't work
- No telephone in the room so if you need anything, you need to go to the reception in person.
- Water for shower gets cold then warm and was not hot.
- Shower door broken and all water floods out
- Alarm siren worked twice and electricity shut down twice.
- Receptionist was not friendly and not welcoming at all
- They knockd at the door repeatedly at 11:30 AM to say it's your check out time!!!

No elevator, bad wifi, bugs in every room. It is not an understatement when i say this hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced. Manager in the first day was welcoming and respectful. However, he must’ve woken up on the wrong side of the bed the next day because when i went to rebook for the next night everything was ok until the manager came. I booked for the same price as the last night. 30 minutes after i’m walking out my room going to the market near the hotel and the manager was there. He tells me there’s going to be a room change and i’ll have to move to the 4th floor (no elevator). I explain to him that I had already paid and booked and he explained that this room has already been booked but the receptionist didn’t know. So i said that’s ok and agreed for the room change. I then go up to pack my stuff and come back down to tell him i’m ready to move up to the other room. He then starts trying to raise the price by first raising it by 150. I start telling him you are making me move rooms and making me pay an extra 150 lira for what you’re moving me into a smaller room. He then said those are his conditions and i said im going to think about it and went back into my room to think. I come back down to agree to the price and he starts raising it by even more(300 lira). This is when i said enough is enough and left the hotel without hesitation. Do not stay at this hotel. Bad staff, bad wifi, bugs everywhere, curtains that don’t fully close and the rudest manager i have ever witnessed.

Worst hotel i've ever visited. The room was literally tiny i could barely move inside. This wouldn't have been a problem if the room was clean, it was the dirtiest place i have ever seen, shampoo bottles were already used, unbearable smell in bathroom, dirty floor and table, towels were so questionable i used my own.
Room was in 3rd floor (301) no help in baggage, and so so loud until late at night.
Good thing i only spent one night because my flight was the next morning, will never go back nor recommend it to others.
