Location is Good
Rooms are Small but clean
Service is not satisfactory. Not very cooperative staff.

We booked for two nights, stayed for the first night but couldn’t sleep, the bed is small and not comfortable, the room is noisy and the room and bathroom are smelly.
We talked to the manager to cancel our stay the second night because of the above reasons and he refused to refund us or change the room.
The location is good and near to restaurants and markets but overall I don’t recommend this place. I think the reviews are fake 🤔

Top location in the downtown. One of the very few hotels offering accommodation of five persons in one room. + Small terrace. Delicious breakfast. It is hard to find a parking place in this area. Accept liras and euros also. Stay there at the end of October 2023 for 90€ per night for 2 adults with 3 children, breakfast included.

Great hotel at the excellent location, just short walk away from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very kind and helpful stuff, good breakfast...I highly recommend Sehir hotel😊

My stay at Şehir Hotel Old City in Istanbul from 09/10/23 to 17/10/23 was an exceptional experience. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, offering a variety of dishes and exceptional quality. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's warmth and hospitality, along with their helpful recommendations, added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of Istanbul's attractions, making it the perfect base for a memorable trip. I highly recommend Şehir Hotel Old City to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Istanbul.

Very good environment near to the city center and bosphorus tourist center. Breakfast is good turkish food. The staff all are very friendly and helpfull. Sure to come back if visit turkiye again 😊

My family and I stayed at Sehir end of July 2023 and everything was just perfect.
Breakfast, rooms, service and ALL the staff are just perfect, everyone is always ready to help and smile!!!

Cleanness: very dirty with insects and ants in pathroom Treatment: wasn’t able to communicate with reception because they were far from us and when we complain about this he dropped our bags on the street and told us that you need to contact booking before we accept that he will refund us the breakfast cost. Because of being in another location, we wasn’t able to get breakfast, and promised to refund the breakfast which we are still waiting and also booking every time they told us that he will refund !!!!!!

We booked with Sehir Hotel but they put us in Halit Vargun Apart !!!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, and its location is very good, close to all tourist areas. The hotel workers are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean and contain everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and thanks for everyone working in the hotel.

We had a good time at sehir Hotel. One of the best and affordable hotel in fatih Istanbul. Breakfast was tasty.The staff is very lovely. Sobia, one of the staff member, is very sweet. I recommend all the visitors to stay in sehir hotel.
